Texas hat 30 Mio Einwohner, die USA 330 Mio Einwohner . Das heißt man hat sich mit 9% der USA geeinigt.
Wenn man sich hier mit 150 Mio + Medikamente Über einen Zeitraum von 15 Jahre vergleicht, ist das doch i.O. !?

The company hopes to land a new trial, but if things don’t pan out, Teva will appeal the verdict, the CEO said.
Teva is also in talks with attorney generals and plaintiff lawyers about a nationwide settlement agreement, Schultz said at JPM. The company is “hopeful” that it will be able to reach such an agreement “in the coming year,” he added.
Drugmakers have charted a few wins amid the ongoing opioid litigation odyssey. In November, a California judge ruled in favor of Johnson & Johnson, AbbVie, Teva and Endo, ruling that the plaintiffs “failed to provide an actionable public nuisance.” The plaintiffs had pursued $50 billion in the lawsuit.

Ganz genau, solange die Klagen nicht bereinigt sind, bleibe ich bei einer kleinen Position. Ausbau eben falls es abrutschen sollte oder average up.
Bin noch in Viatris/Mylan. Dort haben sie auch Schulden an der Backe, aber sie zahlen wenigsten 12 Cent Dividende.
Eben auch eine Turnaround-Aktie.

Will nur so meine Gedanken mitteilen:
Das Tief war im August 19 mit etwas über 6$
Seit dem haben wir immer wieder Auf`s und Ab`s aber immer mit höheren Tiefs.
Ausnahme der Rücksetzer im Dez letzten Jahres runter bis ca. 7,90$
Seit dem Kare das Ruder übernommen hat, wurden die Zahlen immer besser. Der Trend hält an.
Die juristischen Altlasten sind noch der Mühlstein der den Kurs extrem drückt.
Meine Meinung:
Diese Lasten werden in 2022 bereinigt.
Daher mein persönliches KZ
15 bis 20$ bis Jahresende.
Deshalb bin ich seit einiger Zeit stark in Teva investiert.
Wenn ihr auf einen nachhaltigen Trend warten wollt, so wäre das nach meiner Meinung bei überschreiten der 10,25 auf Wochenschlussbasis.
