Morgen soll der Ölhahn aufgedreht werden vom Tawke-Feld nach Ceyan
( Türkei ) über die staatseigene Pipeline.
Es wird morgen ein hochoffizieller Staatsakt stattfinden, eingeladen ist alles was Rang und Namen hat.
Man stelle sich vor, daß über die genauen Zahlungsbedingungen
nichts genaues ( offizielles ) bekannt ist.
Neuere Gerüchte sprechen von 12% Beteiligung der Einnahmen für
DNO, der Rest geht an Bagdad und die KRG.
Bei einer Lieferung von 100.000 bpd, bedeutet es 12.000bpd, also
grob eine Verdopplung der gesamten Firmenlieferung incl. Yemen.
Die eigentliche Spekulation ist die, dass die Tagesproduktion
vom Tawke-Feld auf 1.000.000 bpd in ca. 2-3 Jahren gesteigert
werden kann ( man kann nur hoffen, daß DNO selbständig bis dahin
bleibt).

Diese von mir ausgesprochene Resignation und Wut schreiben die
Norweger insbesondere ihrer korrupten Börsenaufsicht und short-
Mafia zu( geduldet von höchster politischer Führung so laut Meinung
der Debatt-Forumsmitgieder bei Hegnar online ).
Fundamental ist es nicht nachvollziehbar, daß DNO mit ihren
riesigen Ölreserven erst heute wieder mit einem Kursziel von
8 -12 NOK analysiert werden ( natürlich von Banken,die dem Staate
sehr nahe stehen ).

zwar jetzt zwischen 9,00 und 9,50 NOK ( ca. 25 % Anstieg ), andererseits ist bis zum
01.06.2009
noch etwas Zeit.
Also weiterhin in Geduld üben.

Es geht langsam aufwärts mit DNO. Wenn dann noch die Exportgenehmigung für das Tawke field kommt.......
Die durchschnittliche Produktion für das Jahr 2008 lag um 15.708 bopd, d.h. um 9% über dem des Vorjahres (2007: 14.462 bopd), trotz einer vorübergehenden Einstellung der Produktion auf dem Test Tawke Bereich im dritten Quartal.

DNO says minority stakes assigned in Kurd fields

The KRG continues to hold 20 percent stakes in all three PSCs.
DNO International (DNO.OL) said on Monday authorities in Kurdistan had assigned minority stakes in three fields that the Norwegian oil exploration company is developing in the Middle Eastern region.
"With the completion of these assignments, DNO's 100 percent cost-paying obligations will be reduced to 75 percent for (the) Tawke (field), and to 60 percent for each of Erbil and Duhok," DNO said in a statement.
"DNO maintains its 55 percent working interest in the Tawke PSC (production sharing contract), and 40 percent in each of the Erbil and Duhok PSCs," it said.
The company said the Kurdistan Regional Government assigned a 25 percent stake in the Tawke field in northern Iraq to Turkey's Genel Enerji. Third-party stakes in Duhok went to Genel Enerji, while stakes in Erbil went to another private investor.
DNO also said Genel Enerji owns a stake of about 4.8 percent in DNO, bought in the last quarter of 2008.
Genel Enerji is owned by the Cukurova Group, which is among Turkey's largest industrial and commercial conglomerates, and has been working in the Kurdistan region since 2002.
The KRG continues to hold 20 percent stakes in all three PSCs.
DNO said it continued to be the operator for all three fields, and that it should be entitled to recover about $15 million in past costs.
Duhok and Erbil are still in the exploration and appraisal phase, DNO said.
Shares in DNO had risen 5.1 percent to 6.20 crowns by 0718 GMT, outpacing a 2.4 percent rise in the Oslo bourse's main index .OSEBX.

Iraq's semi-autonomous Kurdish region will not allow oil from its territory to be piped through Iraq's national oil network, Oil Minister Hussain Shahristani claimed today, throwing into doubt exports from the area.
Shahristani said the Kurdish Regional Government (KRG), which controls three provinces in Iraq's north, would hold back oil because the companies it invited to develop oil in its territory must be rewarded.
Shahristani has rejected deals signed by the KRG and foreign oil players, saying they were not put to tender to allow competition and they give companies a share of the oil produced, a deal structure the government in Baghdad rejects.
"Work is continuing to connect the (northern oilfields) to the Iraqi network. But there are objections from the KRG to handing over the oil, claiming that companies that developed the oilfields should be rewarded," Reuters quoted Shahristani saying in an interview published in today's pan-Arab Asharq al-Aswat A newspaper.
The KRG could not immediately be reached for comment, but his comments contradict those made late last night by Kurdish Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani, who told reporters: "If they (in Baghdad) are ready to accept exporting, we are ready."
Several producers have deals with the KRG, and Norway's DNO International is in the final stages of connecting its Tawke field to the national oil network.
Shahristani's comments could mean exports are delayed.
In the interview, Shahristani goes on to say the deals between the KRG and producers could be reviewed to comply with central government standards, but adds that the companies involved were "fourth or fifth" level companies.
Baghdad and the KRG have been haggling for years over a new oil law that would govern revenue sharing, one of several disputes between the two sides that also include a row over control of the northern oil-rich city of Kirkuk.
Iraq, whose revenues are almost exclusively derived from its vast oil reserves, desperately needs to rehabilitate its dilapidated oil infrastructure and attract foreign investment.
"Shahristani's policy is a failure and was the reason for the oil industry deterioration. He spent $8 billion to increase Iraqi oil production but the result is production has retreated," Barzani said.
Earlier this month, KRG Oil Minister Ashti Hawrami warned foreign companies against signing deals with Baghdad covering fields in territory Kurds claim.
Baghdad has invited international oil companies to bid for contracts on fields including some near the city of Kirkuk.
