Also, wie bereits in dieser Diskssuinsrunde beschrieben, geht es um die Geldverteilung zwischen der krudischen Autonomieregierung im Norden und der Zentralregierung in Baghdad.
Ufff, das ist echt eine Insider-Wette!! Und Politiker handeln bekannterweise nicht nach öknomischen Überlegungen, sondern nur danach wie die nächste Wahl gewonnen werden kann (bzw. in diesen Ländern: Wie kann ich mich schön bestechen lassen?).
Es klingt eingetlich ganz gut, dass Shahristani öffentlich die Bedingungen nennt, die Kurden müssten "nur" noch zustimmen. Allerdings wissen wir alle nicht, welchen Anteil die zentrale "Vermarktungsgesellschaft" für Ihre tollen Leistungen (= Verkauf am Weltmarkt) abzweigt. Da können (und sind offensichtlich bereits) jahrelange Diskussionen rauskommen.

Iraq's Oil Minister Hussein Shahristani has reiterated that Norway's DNO and Swiss-based Addax Petroleum would be allowed to export oil from the region controlled by the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) provided sales were marketed by the Oil Ministry in Baghdad, writes Nassir Shirkhani.
The Kurds must agree that all exports from the KRG are handled by State Oil Marketing Organisation, he said.
The revenues will then be deposited with the Finance Ministry in Baghdad.
DNO has plans for early crude exports from its Tawke field on the Turkish border but disagreements between the KRG and Baghdad remain in the way.
KRG Oil Minister Ashti Hawrami has said he expects that the KRG will start exporting its own oil in the coming months.
Industry analysts have said the KRG's ongoing differences with Baghdad could delay exports indefinitely.
However,“we don't expect any real problem there despite our differences with Baghdad,”Hawrami said.
DNO said exports could begin at a rate of 50,000 barrels per day, the capacity of the processing plant it has built.
Another consortium comprising Addax Petroleum of Switzerland and Turkey's Genel have started producing small amounts of crude at the Taq Taq field and reckon they could export between 30,000 and 60,000 bpd by the end of 2009.
Meanwhile, Addax said flow tests from its TT-10 appraisal well had resulted in record aggregate rates on the Taq Taq field where the well is located.
Addax also said it spudded the Kewa Chirmila exploration prospect in February.

Iraq says DNO has no export licence

Iraq has given no oil export licence to the Norwegian ompany DNO, Oil Minister Hussain al-Shahristani said today.
"No export license has been granted to DNO. Any crude produced in Iraq, including (by) DNO, should be handed over to SOMO (the state oil export company) to export and all the revenue will be given to the Ministry of Finance," Shahristani said in an email to Reuters.
The Norwegian outfit pumps oil in Iraq's autonomous northern Kurdish region and has been attempting to gain a license to export it. Without a licence, it must sell oil on the domestic market at a fraction of the world price.
Shares in DNO briefly surged by more than 50% on Tuesday after a news report that it was about to receive a license, although the company said it had not yet received one and the share price subsequently fell, reported Reuters.

Naja, die Deutsche Bank und andere deutsche Häuser haben mehrere Millionen von DNO Papieren im Depot. Die werden an die hellen, norwegischen Superaktionäre verliehen, damit alle schön in die Short-Squeeze-Falle rennen. Am Ende wird aus DNO, die Firma
DTO (Det Tyske Oljeselskap) und die kurdischen Ölfelder sind in deutscher Hand. Ist ja auch nicht mehr als gerecht, da die Mehrzahl der Kurden verwandtschaftliche Bande nach Deutschland hat.

Gestern bei hohen Umsätzen SK 6,06 NOK ( fast Tageshöchstkurs,
über 10% Plus ).
Jetzt kommt´s aber: In der Schlußauktion wurden Millionenpakete
rübergeschoben mit Kursen von 6,20 - 6,50 NOK.
Was hat das wohl zu bedeuten???

DNO is today reporting January and February 2009 production.
DNO's working interest (WI) production in January was 12,304 bopd and
in February 10,298 bopd. The average realized oil price for January
and February was USD 38/bbl and USD 39/bbl respectively (net
entitlement revenue).
Following completion of wells Tasour #25 and Raoq #1 in January, rig
operations have been temporarily suspended in Yemen. Drilling plans
going forward are being assessed by DNO and the license partners.
PRODUCTION REPORT
Yemen production
DNO's WI production from Yemen in January was 8,140 bopd, up 5 %
compared to the December 2008. The lower WI production in February
was due to maintenance work and work-over of wells. The YTD
production to DNO from Yemen is in line with management expectations.
DNO's oil production from Yemen is reported as follows:

Aus Angst vor einer bevorstehenden Geldentwertung, sollte sich ein
kluger Mensch, Gedanken um sein Vermögen machen. Wie jeder hört,
sinkt unser deutsches BIP um rund 6 % und die EZB erhöht auch noch die Geldmenge. Was kommt denn danach?

Brokerburt, die Antishortstrategie ist eine gute Idee bei DNO, jedoch sollte dann auch eine große Masse an der Unternehmung mitmachen. Die Shorterbande im Norden soll richtig schön gegrillt werden. Jeder sollte seine DNO Aktien zu einem fairen Wert in den Verkauf stellen. Diese Aktien können nun nicht mehr geshortet werden. Zumindest ist es ein gutes Gefühl, wenn bei der Shorterei,
meine Papiere nicht benutzt werden können.

Hahn nur noch aufgedreht werden braucht - natürlich ganz offiziell durch Sharistani.
Wie kann man diesen Prozeß als Kleinanleger beschleunigen ???
Dies geht meiner Meinung nach nur mit einer ANTI-SHORT-Stragie, so wie es in Oslo schon zig-mal durchgeführt wurde ( Altinex
