GF, these guys just don't know the value of ARU. They'll take their 30% without even bothering to study the stock. They probably won't even think about the guy who's buying their shares. Why will he/she be buying? Because this is a very undervalued stock. We all know that this is likely to go up way more than 30%, but those who sell will miss out. I'm holding this long term and keeping every share I can get my hands on. I'm very confident that this will be a multiple bagger within a year and will continue to grow for a good while after that too.
Quick profits give you a little thrill, but patience with the right stocks gives a greater reward imho. There are a few stocks around that have returned more than 500% in less than a year. I think ARU is going to be one of them. It's primed for take-off. I don't know what's going to happen in the short term and don't really care - it's the long term that I'm interested in and this is one of the best stocks I've seen for buying and putting away in the bottom drawer.

Agree. All the ducks are lining up for this one...reminds me of CMR about the same time last year. The market cap of ARU is a joke given the quality of the deposits and tenements they have in their portfolio. This stock is long overdue for a significant re-rating IMO.

Was die Uran-Strategie betrifft, so hat mich das Mgt. überzeugt, denn Uranprojekte sind in Australien politisch ein rotes Tuch, auch wenn es rechtlich im N.T. anders aussiet (Federal Government kann im N.T. die Regionalregierung überstimmen). Deswegen macht es Sinn, Nolans Bore als reines Rare Earth Projekt zu vermarkten, wo ein bißchen Uran als Nebenprodukt anfällt. Das ist seriöses Mgt.; wenn Du mal das Gegenteil davon sehen willst, schau Dir Mawson an, die in Schweden ein riesiges Uran-Rare-Earth Vorkommen (historische Resource) gestakt haben. Hier spielt das Mgt. ausschließlich die Urankarte, um den Kurs hochzupushen und in die steigenden Kurse rein zu verkaufen. So bringt man zwar die Aktionäre kurzzeitig hinter sich, aber die Bevölkerung gegen sich und das Uranprojekt auf.
Wenn ich diese Überlegung weiterspinne, komme ich eben genau zu dem naheliegenden Schluß, die Uranproperties von Arafura in eine NewCo auszulagern und die Anteile pro rata an die Aktionäre als Sachdividende auszukehren, um Arafura Uran-frei zu halten und die Umsetzung von Nolans Bore in keiner Weise zu gefährden.

Da wäre der Kurs tendenziell noch niedriger und die Aktien landen oft in ebenso schnellen Händen, v.a. wenn man dann die Broker Aktien und Optionen dazurechnet. Die Mail von Arafura hat mich doch beruhigt bis umgestimmt; das Problem ist dort bekannt und das Argument, man habe die Aktie vor gut 2 zwei Jahren mal in Deutschland promotet, zählt insofern nicht, als das gesamte Mgt. inzwischen ausgetauscht worden ist (damals war ja Kurinelli das Flagship-Projekt und von Nolans Bore kaum die Rede). Was die Uran-Strategie betrifft, so hat mich das Mgt. überzeugt, denn Uranprojekte sind in Australien politisch ein rotes Tuch, auch wenn es rechtlich im N.T. anders aussiet (Federal Government kann im N.T. die Regionalregierung überstimmen). Deswegen macht es Sinn, Nolans Bore als reines Rare Earth Projekt zu vermarkten, wo ein bißchen Uran als Nebenprodukt anfällt. Das ist seriöses Mgt.; wenn Du mal das Gegenteil davon sehen willst, schau Dir Mawson an, die in Schweden ein riesiges Uran-Rare-Earth Vorkommen (historische Resource) gestakt haben. Hier spielt das Mgt. ausschließlich die Urankarte, um den Kurs hochzupushen und in die steigenden Kurse rein zu verkaufen. So bringt man zwar die Aktionäre kurzzeitig hinter sich, aber die Bevölkerung gegen sich und das Uranprojekt auf.
Wenn ich diese Überlegung weiterspinne, komme ich eben genau zu dem naheliegenden Schluß, die Uranproperties von Arafura in eine NewCo auszulagern und die Anteile pro rata an die Aktionäre als Sachdividende auszukehren, um Arafura Uran-frei zu halten und die Umsetzung von Nolans Bore in keiner Weise zu gefährden.

An Australian mineral exploration company says Australia's Northern Territory has the potential to lead the world in uranium exports.
The Prime Minister has confirmed a uranium export deal with China could be reached as soon as next week and Arafura Resources is hoping to take advantage of the renewed global interest in uranium.
Speaking at mining conference in the Territory today, the company's Mick Muir said with the current level of exploration, Australia could host up to 20 uranium mines within a decade.
"The Northern Territory is the most prospective uranium province in the world," he said.
"Canada holds the cake at the moment: they're producing far more than Australia and that's to do with politics rather than anything else."
Mr Muir says Canada has very high grades of uranium but it's quite deep, while Australia is only just starting its exploration.
