Die News von Freitag ist keine Kapitalerhöhung sondern eine Verlängerung für die Warrents die am 10.4.2015 und 7.6.2015 auslaufen.

das ask wird aufgefüllt. bin mal gespannt ob das auf einen kursabsturz hindeutet. wenn im qb nichts von zahlungen von stgobain steht dürfte es steil abwärts gehen.

um es auf den punkt zu bringen:

umsätze: weiterhin minimal

die per nr angekündigte zahlung von 2 mio. ist für mich in den revenues überhaupt nicht ersichtlich und wenn überhaupt dem anschein nach geschickt mit dem kapital der ke vermengt die alleine schon ca. 4,5 mio. cad beträgt. meiner meinung nach alles vollkommen undurchsichtig und meiner meinung nach auch alles so beabsichtigt.

Financings

On November 28, 2014, the Company completed the second tranche of the share subscription agreements for the financing announced October 23, 2014. Under the agreements, the subscribers purchased 5,003,073 units of the Company at a price of $0.35 per unit, for gross proceeds of $1,751,076. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.50 per share for a period of 24 months after the date of the private placement. On November 5, 2014, the Company completed first tranche of the share subscription agreements for the financing announced October 23, 2014. Under the agreements, the subscribers purchased 8,057,140 units of the Company at a price of $0.35 per unit, for gross proceeds of $2,819,999. Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to acquire one common share at an exercise price of $0.50 per share for a period of 24 months after the date of the private placement.

The Company recorded $75,630 revenue in the second quarter of 2015 compared to $41,373 in the same period in 2014, an increase of 83%. For the first six months of fiscal year 2015, revenues increased by 250% to $173,531 from $49,528 in the same period of 2014. The revenues are from the sales of MAPD transistor packages and LFS scintillation crystals (imaging division) to a major company that is increasingly testing our products for potential larger scale ramp-up. cern: angeblich auf mitte 2015 verschoben. kommt aber meiner meinung nach eh nicht mehr. spätestens der kommentar von mcwhriter dass cern wohl kurzfristig nicht genügend mittel bzgl. der kosten haben könnte sollte einem hellhörig machen. das sieht mir doch sehr wieder nach ausrede aus.

settlement: keinerlei schadensersatzzahlungen von stgobain. bzgl. philips nur wischiwaschi.

ausser einer menge anwaltskosten (das sollte ja lt. den pushern hier im board kostenneutral ablaufen da auf provisionsbasis) auf denen z anscheinend sitzen bleibt gibt es lt. qb offiziell nichts vorzuzeigen.

also im qb keine schadensersatzzahlungen von stgobain ersichtlich. mit philips hat man „areas of cooperation“ identifiziert. das ist ja geradezu lächerlich. wer klagt 2 jahre um dann offiziell ohne schadensersatzzahlungen dazustehen. man hat also den „hauptschuldigen“ ziehen lassen. da kann man meiner meinung nach gegen philips erst recht nichts in der hand haben und damit auch logischerweise auch keine forderungen stellen. aber danke für´s gespräch.

völlig offen bleibt weiterhin ob stgobain überhaupt das patent von z verletzt hat. hierzu gibt es keine offizielle bestätigung. stgobain könnte also weiterhin seine kristalle produzieren und an philips verkaufen. wer das gegenteil behauptet soll es beweisen. für mich ist z ganz klar der verlierer bei der klage.

nach meiner interpretation hat z auf grund der hohen prozesskosten und des restlichen prozesskostenrisikos kleinbei geben. es ist völlig unlogisch mit einem angeblich so guten ausgang des markman hearing und einer angeblich so guten aussicht auf erfolg die patentklage zu scheuen und mehrere hundert millionen cad in den wind zu blasen (an denen hama keinen cent mitverdient hätte) nur um den weg für neue aufträge frei zu machen oder für aufträge von philips.

dann hätte man stgobain auf schadensersatz verklagen können und philips immernoch ziehen lassen können. ich bin der meinung z hat den schwanz eingezogen.


mein fazit auf grund der informationen der letzten monate und des qb:

z hat die klage ordentlich versemmelt und dafür jede menge lehrgeld bezahlt. die zahlung der 2 mio. für die aufträge der vergangenheit sind aus dem qb für mich nicht ersichtlich. die produkte scheinen sowieso nicht ausgereift zu sein denn es wird weiterhin verbessert, gebastelt und weitere konfigurationen von cern bestellt. für mich ein verharmlosender ausdruck für nicht ausgereifte produkte. deswegen kommt z meiner ansicht nach auch nicht an aufträge.

cern wollte bisher auch nicht bestellen. ob aus geldmangel, wegen nicht ausgereifter produkte oder sonstigen gründen sei dahingestellt. meiner meinung nach wird das nix mehr.

der loi mit den russen war anscheinend auch mal wieder ein im sande verlaufendes projekt. wundert mich allerdings nicht. war auf grund der bisherigen erfahrung mit dem management genau so zu erwarten.

die 3d printer und materialien sind für mich sowieso nur ein dummpushversuch des managements. das sehen ja inzwischen auch schon andere so wie man im www lesen konnte.

meiner meinung nach verfolgt z anscheinend weiterhin die strategie des nebelkerzenwerfens und des aufrechterhaltens von hoffnung bei den anlegern um den patienten z künstlich am leben zu erhalten. jeden monat bedeutet das ein gutes gehalt. so gut dass man sich mitglieder des managements gezwungen sahen auf die bahamas zu ziehen.

The purchase order for Hamamatsu Photonics of US $2 million of patented LFS scintillation crystals is still outstanding. Hamamatsu made the original order after reaching out to major end users of scintillation crystals, with whom it has had long term supply relationships for its detectors and other imaging components. The main users of scintillation crystals are PET scanning device original equipment manufacturers (OEM), and high energy physics centres such as CERN. Due to engineering design upgrades and internal integration processes at the OEMs the orders for the scintillation crystals have been delayed. Zecotek and Hamamatsu are working closely with the OEMs, and their scientific teams to expedite the integration process. Zecotek has started delivering preliminary amounts of scintillation crystals to Hamamatsu which are being used in various end user's new designs.

important partner of Zecotek. In 2013 CERN scientists confirmed the discovery of the Higgs Boson, a new
subatomic particle. As CERN pushes into this new frontier of science, new experiments are required to
determine the particle’s properties and its true form. High energy scintillation crystals with high radiation
hardness are paramount for the success of the next stage of experiments and Zecotek’s imaging technologies
are playing an increasingly important role.

In September 2014, CERN scientists in the Large Hadron Collider requested new configuration of LFS

team at CERN has ordered enough LFS-3 plates to build initial modules which will be installed in the Large
Hadron Collider and subjected to a high energy beam.
In May 2013, Zecotek announced the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) is to assess the
optimum size configurations for its patented LFS crystal material for use in new experiments clarifying the
existence of the Higgs Boson.
There are six CERN experiments using Zecotek’s solid-state MAPD photo detectors:
 The Alice Experiment,
 The NA612 Experiment,
 The Swiss Federal Institute of Technology,
The Joint Institute for Nuclear Research,
 The Compact Muon Solenoid Experiment,
 The Compass Experiment.
Zecotek and Hamamatsu are also working closely with CERN on the adoption of the LFS crystal as a strong
candidate to replace the old material. The LFS’s high radiation hardness is a prime and essential feature in the
design considerations for the next high energy levels required in the Large Hadron Collider experiments.

CERN ist schon eine tolle Einrichtung.

Sieht aber nicht danach aus als kämen da jemals irgendwelche Teile von Zecotech rein.
