The Major obsticle of uncertainty for EAG has now been exposed as false..

      Per SEDAR FILINGS

Note the EAG/NOT option agreement includes a separate options to the pre feasibility it says/states "OR" that is EAG is to complete a pre feasibility study by April 2013 ..OR

give notice to the Optionor of its commitment to cause the Commencement of Commercial Production from the Property (which notice shall specify the number of tons of proven and probable ore reserves on the property at the time estimated by the Company and the anticipated annual rate of production)

So an internal scoping study giving specifics on the numbers , which is already been delivered via instrument 43-101 which EAG is currently updating as they go...this would satisfy 100% of requirements for EAG to fully comply with said agreement, even without the full feasibility study...So EAG has in fact complied in full with all the requirements per said agreement, to deny any possibility of NOT reclaiming any claims from said NOT optioned claims...

And so I was absolutely 100% correct NOT will have 0% chance of reclaiming any said optioned claims...In my view this fabricated issue by NOT shareholders stating and posting that NOT still had the option to buy back all its optioned claims from EAG Was/Is a false statement to say the least...This was a Major reason why EAG was not reacting to the very good news put out and was unecessarily bashed and held down, for what it turns out was a fabricated/untrue statements..

In my opinion, this super negative uncertainty has in fact been totally disproven by Sedar filings, and my posts here to that effect...and so there is and should be now absolutely no uncertainties whatsoever, and EAG should be free to fly HIGH..

As to the remainder 25% INT in only said options claims, I did make a reference in my previous posts about the 10% additional Interest to be paid to EAG on all costs relating to these NOT optioned claims, should NOT decide to keep said 25% working that is a very high amount of interest indeed to pay, as current rates are so low....

EAG is clearly the BIG winner here, and the remaining 25% NOT Int which could/should be converted to a 2% royalty payment from production of Gold from said NOT optioned claims, having EAG asked to finance this NOT participation IMCO, does not speak well for NOT and it’s ability or in this case it’s non ability to raise funds$ on their own...just to show how far they have fallen...My advice( if it is worth anything at all..lol..) to NOT would be to take the 2% royalty and avoid all the costs including the high interests cost of EAG financing...In the end, these 2 might be almost equal, in $ terms...SO the BIG so called alleged uncertainties have now disappeared...

SO it makes very little or NO difference/effect to EAG, one way or another they will need to honor this part of the 25% NOT Int in their claims, in said agreement...I was an NOT shareholder, and gave it all up at the ROF, after the arrival of Cliffs, which in my view practically took many of these rich Chromite deposits for penuts...

SO IF I were to give my advice to current NOT shareholders, I would say your best option now, is to sell 1/2/ of your NOT shares and BUY EAG shares...EAG IMCO will be moving up first, while NOT may at some point in the future, return to some semblance of its former glory, this process will take quite a period of time, especially with base metals prices... BUT as I always say...In the end it’s your money, and you can do as you please...

Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. durchteuft 4,8 m mit 21,02 g/t Gold - Kontinuierlich hochgradige Goldmineralisierung im oberflächennahen Bereich
Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA - 15.

Servus ooy. Tja, der Kurs(verlauf) ...

Meiner Meinung nach hat´s folgende Gründe:

      1. Die Situation am Markt.

      Siehe hierzu auch:
Zitat von M_R_H: Must survive before you can thrive
      The growing disconnect

Zitat von M_R_H: Eagle Hill Announces Exercise of Its 75% Option of the Windfall Lake Property

      Frage: Was bedeutet dann folgendes?

Maudore's proposal values each Eagle Hill common share at $0.17, based on the closing price of Maudore's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange on December 4, 2012.
On this basis, Maudore's proposal would provide shareholders of Eagle Hill with a 42% percent premium to the closing price of Eagle Hill's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange as at that date.

Alles andere macht keinerlei Sinn.

      Next Steps:
      • Current Drill Program (June – Oct)
      – test eastern extension of Main Zone
      – test mineralization at depth below intrusion
      – test shallow targets to better define open-pit potential
      • Begin Scoping Study (Oct)
      • Begin Next Drill Program (Nov)
      • Initiate Pre-feasibility Study (Spring ‘13)

an Ressourcen kommen.

      http://www.canadianinsider.com/node/7?menu_tickersearch=eag

      http://www.wallstreet-online.de/nachricht/5062279-irw-press-…

      Direkt ... http://www.eaglehillexploration.com/images/uploads/Winter_20…

      8.)

      Ganz kurz meine Zusammenfassung:

      Was die einzelnen Punkte betrifft:

      Ja was denn nun?

4. Dezember!
      Zumindest bisher laut ... http://www.maudore.com/i/pdf/News/2012_12_05_en.pdf

      Monday December 17 2012 - News Release

      Mr. Bradley Kitchen reports

EAGLE HILL AWARDS PRELIMINARY FEASIBILITY STUDY AS THE MAJOR STEP IN SATISFYING EARN-IN OBLIGATIONS AT WINDFALL LAKE

Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. has awarded to Stantec Consulting Ltd. a contract to perform a preliminary feasibility study (PFS) on the Windfall Lake property. The PFS is scheduled to be completed by early April, 2013. By producing an independent PFS, together with a mineral reserve estimate, Eagle Hill will be in a position to satisfy its obligations under the Windfall Lake option agreement entered into on July 20, 2009, with Noront Resources Ltd. Once the obligations are satisfied, the buyback provisions contained in the option agreement will be eliminated.

Under the terms of the Option Agreement to acquire the Windfall Lake Property, Eagle Hill must give notice of the Company's commitment to cause the commencement of commercial production on the Property within one year of earning a 75% interest in the Windfall Lake Property (the "Notice"). Eagle Hill earned its 75% interest in the Property on April 20, 2012. In this regard, Eagle Hill has engaged Stantec to provide a mineral reserve estimate based on the results of the PFS. The results of the PFS will be available on or before April 20, 2013. Upon receipt of the reserve estimate, Eagle Hill will be in a position to deliver the Notice to the Optionor pursuant to the Option Agreement.

"Our goal is to continue to control our majority ownership in the Windfall Lake Property," explained Brad Kitchen, President and C.E.O. of Eagle Hill. "It is critical to note that the PFS and mineral reserve estimate are being done at this time to satisfy our obligation under the Option Agreement and to give us a clear path toward commercial production as a way to generate non-dilutive cash flow. The Company will continue to both expand the high grade gold deposit at the Windfall Lake Property and define additional mineral resources that can be used to increase the initial reserve calculation."

Upon Eagle Hill delivering the Notice, the Optionor will then have 180 days to notify Eagle Hill if it wishes either to continue as a 25% joint venture partner (currently it is a carried partner), or to transfer 100% of the Property to Eagle Hill in exchange for a 2% NSR.

      Mein Scenario:

Eagle Hill in Richtung 0,10 CAD drücken.

Maudore in Richtung 1,5 CAD drücken.

ORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Dec. 20, 2012) - Noront Resources Ltd. ("Noront" or the "Optionor") (TSX VENTURE:NOT) clarifies position on Windfall Lake.

On December 17, 2012, Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation ("Eagle Hill" or the "Optionee") issued a press release announcing that Stantec Consulting Ltd. ("Stantec") had been awarded a contract to produce a pre-feasibility study ("PFS") on the Windfall Lake Property ("Windfall Lake" or the "Project"). Eagle Hill's interest in Windfall Lake is governed by the terms and conditions of an option agreement between Noront and Eagle Hill that was entered into on July 21, 2009 ("the "Option Agreement").

In the December 17th Press Release, Eagle Hill states: "Under the terms of the Option Agreement to acquire the Windfall Lake Property, Eagle Hill must give notice of the Company's commitment to cause the commencement of commercial production on the Property within one year of earning a 75% interest in the Windfall Lake Property (the "Notice"). Eagle Hill earned its 75% interest in the Property on April 20, 2012. In this regard, Eagle Hill has engaged Stantec to provide a mineral reserve estimate based on the results of the PFS. The results of the PFS will be available on or before April 20, 2013. Upon receipt of the reserve estimate, Eagle Hill will be in a position to deliver the Notice to the Optionor pursuant to the Option Agreement." Eagle Hill's press release also states "Once the obligations are satisfied, the buy-back provisions contained in the Option Agreement will be eliminated."

Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Eagle Hill must deliver either (i) a bankable feasibility study providing for a minimum internal rate of return of 15% on the Project (the "BFS"), or (ii) commit to cause the commencement of commercial production from the Project, within one year of earning its 75% interest, which occurred on April 20, 2012. If Eagle Hill does not complete a BFS or take the project to production, then Noront will have the option to purchase back the 75% of the Project from Eagle Hill for the lesser of (i) an amount equal to the expenses incurred by Eagle Hill and (ii) $6.0 million (the "Buy-back Provisions"), The delivery of the PFS does not satisfy the above requirements and as such, Noront will continue to retain its rights under the Option Agreement, including the Buy-Back Provisions, subject to the terms and conditions of the purchase and sale agreement between Noront and Maudore Minerals Ltd. announced on December 5, 2012 (the "Noront - Maudore Agreement").

Upon receipt of the Notice, Noront will act in accordance with the provisions of the Option Agreement and in the best interest of Noront's shareholders, subject to the terms and conditions of the Noront - Maudore Agreement.

Furthermore, Eagle Hill stated in the December 17th press release that "Upon Eagle Hill delivering the Notice, the Optionor will then have 180 days to notify Eagle Hill if it wishes either to continue as a 25% joint venture partner (currently it is a carried partner), or to transfer 100% of the Property to Eagle Hill in exchange for a 2% NSR.

In accordance with the Option Agreement, the aforementioned 180-day period is only initiated upon the delivery of a BFS and not upon receipt of the Notice committing to the commencement of commercial production. Upon receipt of a completed BFS, Noront may elect to maintain its 25% interest in the Project. Under the terms of the Option Agreement, Noront can require Eagle Hill to fund its share of expenditures, with such advance to accrue interest at a rate of 10% per annum and re-payable from income or royalty income from the Project. It should also be noted, as per the Option Agreement that the Optionee is required to repay Noront for initial expenses incurred on the Project, established in the Option Agreement as $11.9 million. This initial expense is to be repaid from the proceeds of any operations from the Project in preference to all amounts otherwise payable other than permitted senior debt approved by Noront and current operating expenditures.

      http://www.irw-press.com/news_17720.html

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – 16.

Eagle Hill Intersects 14.74 G/T Gold Over 17.9 Meters in Near Surface Mineralization at Windfall Lake

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – January 16, 2013 (TSX.V: EAG) Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce assay results from its 2012 drill program at the Windfall Lake Gold Deposit in Northwestern Quebec. The new results include wide intercepts of high grade gold mineralization occurring near surface as a series of parallel lenses. These results are part of a drill program designed to expand the size of the mineral resource estimation released on July 25, 2012 that already includes 1,665,000 tonnes at 10.05 g/t gold (538,000 ounces) in the indicated category and 2,906,000 tonnes at 8.76 g/t gold (822,000 ounces) as an inferred resource.

      Near surface mineralization

Eagle Hill’s Exploration Team has done a very good job of modeling the gold mineralization at Windfall Lake. One specific achievement from this modeling has been to follow the faulted offset of the most prolific gold zone, Zone 27, from depth to surface. With further drilling, the Company has been able to discover other near surface parallel lenses of relatively high grade, gold mineralization. So far, Eagle Hill has defined the shallow gold mineralization over a strike length of more than 600 meters. These new findings suggest that part of the gold mineralization at Windfall Lake could be extracted by an open pit mining operation.

With respect to the new findings, the Company completed several shallow diamond drill holes in the upper Extension of Zone 27 and was able to define its lateral continuity over more than 300 meters. The Zone 27 upper extension consists of a gold-rich lens plunging shallowly to the east and extending for more than 50 meters vertically with widths of up to 31 meters. Some of the best results for this zone include 5.53 g/t Au over 15.8 meters in drillhole EAG-12-441. In addition to their intersections in Zone 27, several of the shallow drill holes returned other significant intersections from parallel mineralized lenses in the first one hundred meters below the surface. The best results for the additional lenses include 14.74 g/t Au over 17.9 meters and 15.12 g/t Au over 4.2 meters as listed in the table below.

“These new results that expand the size of the near surface gold deposit in multiple lenses showing a consistent gold distribution. The broadening of the gold mineralization at such a shallow depth strengthens the case for a potential open pit operation for this part of the Windfall deposit. The grades for the near surface gold zones at Windfall Lake are much higher than that of traditional open pit operations.” stated Brad Kitchen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Hill Exploration. “The feasibility for an open pit operation will need to be investigated in more detail but further validates management’s decision to commitment to cause the commencement of commercial production.”

The table below shows the best assay results from the near surface gold zones together with the depth of the intercepts below the surface.

      Drill hole From
      (m) To
      (m) Assays Depth of intercept

      Eagle Hill heralds golden era

Special To The Province January 20, 2013

Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation, a Vancouver-based gold-exploration company, is taking steps to turn its high-grade gold deposit at Windfall Lake into production

"Our Windfall Lake project is a large, high-grade, continuous gold deposit located in Quebec. Our exploration team has done a great job of de-risking the project. As a result it should be easy to mine because of existing infrastructure, our strong management team and our good relations with the Cree First Nation of the region," says Brad Kitchen, President of Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation.

The company announced its first resource calculation on the deposit in November 2011 doubled after only one drill program (July 2012). In the next few months its is preparing to announce a new resource calculation based on its most recent 25,000-metre drill program which was designed to expand the existing deposit and identify near-surface gold mineralization. The consistency and high grade of the gold mineralization warrants a feasibility study which will provide, in April 2013, a reserve calculation and an estimate of daily production.

The Windfall Lake Property is located in Urban Township, Que., between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau. The Property is comprised of 362 contiguous claims (over 12,000 hectares) in the Abitibi mineralized belt of northern Quebec. This area between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau is known for its gold and copper production and excellent infrastructure for exploration and mining.

"A positive feasibility study means that the management of Eagle hill will be able to confirm its intention to take the Windfall Lake Gold Deposit into commercial production," says Kitchen.

The latest resource calculation published in July 2012, is 1.36 million ounces of gold at a grade of 9.26 grams per ton, using a conservative 3.0-gram-per-ton cutoff.

"Our resource calculation includes only the deposit, which is located roughly between 200 and 500 meters from surface. Recent drilling has identified a significant near surface high grade deposit that could be easily extracted by an open pit mining operation," says Kitchen. A new resource calculation based on a recently completed 25,000-metre drill program will include this new near surface deposit and further expansion of the existing resource, he explains.

Eagle Hill has announced the assay results this month from its 2012 drill program. These results are part of a drill program designed to expand the size of the mineral resource estimation released in July 2012 that already includes 1,665,000 tonnes at 10.05 grams per ton of gold (538,000 ounces) in the indicated category and 2,906,000 tonnes at 8.76 grams per ton of gold (822,000 ounces) as an inferred resource.

"The feasibility for an open pit operation will need to be investigated in more detail but further validates management's decision to commitment to cause the commencement of commercial production."

"This is very encouraging as Windfall Lake is a mesothermal type deposit , which historically continues three to five times the length of the horizontal strike. The Windfall Lake horizontal strike is over 750 metres and our current deposit was identified to a depth of approximately 500 metres."

Eagle Hill is currently de-risking the deposit at Windfall Lake with the ultimate goal of entering into commercial production. This means continued exploration drilling to expand the deposit, convert some of the inferred resources into the measured and indicated category, and identify potential mining methodologies.

Eagle Hill has already signed an Exploration Agreement for its Wind-fall Lake Project with the Grand Council of the Cree, Cree Regional Authority and the Cree First Nation of Was-wanipi.

The agreement announced last fall provides the completion of a comprehensive Business and Employment Capacity Study to assess the full potential for Cree business and employment opportunities, and the creation of a joint Implementation Committee.

"Thanks to the collaboration of the Cree of Eeyou Istchee, in particular the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi, Windfall Lake promises to have a positive impact on the region," said Kitchen at the announcement.

Chief Paul Gull from the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi also stated, "Our community and the Council of the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi are eager to collaborate with the mineral exploration and mining industry."

"We recognize that this industry has a corporate social responsibility to follow in the footsteps of Eagle Hill," he added. "The signing of this agreement ensures that there will be meaningful participation by our local members without sacrificing sustainability. It is an important step for all parties."

Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. will showcase its projects at booth 1902 at VRIC 2013.

Sell on good news ist u.a. deren Methode.

      BWK

P.S.: Hier noch eine MAO-Meinung aus Kanada:

The offer to EAG now amounts to about .077 per share for EAG' s.
Windfall is easily economical without Comtois and MAO;s help.

      Irgendwann muss der Gegenwert her...Gold?

Soll ich mir jetzt also Bankaktien kaufen???

Eagle Hill Extends Gold Mineralization to a Depth of 870 Meters With 15.34 g/t Gold Over 11.0 Meters at Windfall Lake
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 10, 2013) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EAG)(OTCQX:EHECF)(FRANKFURT:EH0) is pleased to announce assay results from its 2012 drill program at the Windfall Lake Gold Property in Northwestern Quebec (the "Property" or "Windfall Lake"). The new results include the deepest high grade wide gold mineralization discovered to date at Windfall Lake, below the Red Dog intrusion. These results were produced from a drill program designed to expand the size of the mineral resource estimate released on July 25, 2012 that already includes 1,665,000 tonnes at 10.05 g/t gold (538,000 ounces) in the indicated category and an inferred resource of 2,906,000 tonnes at 8.76 g/t gold (822,000 ounces).

Deep Gold Mineralization Below Red Dog

Drill hole EAG-12-448 tested gold mineralization below the Red Dog intrusion. This drill hole successfully intersected the deepest thick gold mineralization to date at Windfall Lake with 15.34 g/t Au over 11.0 meters at a vertical depth of 870 meters. This intersection is located further to the north of Zone 27 and may represent another parallel zone. In addition, this same drill hole intersected gold mineralization in the Red Dog unit of 14.9 g/t Au over 0.3 meters and 25.4 g/t Au over 0.3 meters. In the Red Dog unit, gold mineralization is hosted in quartz-carbonate veins, which represents a different type of gold mineralization than what is typically found in the main zone.

The 2012 deep drilling has demonstrated that additional significant gold mineralization is present below the Red Dog intrusion with high-grade intercepts such as 8.9 g/t Au over 14.0 meters, 5.5 g/t Au over 15.0 meters, 24.46 g/t Au over 7.4 meters (March 1, 2012 and November 6, 2012 press releases). Eagle Hill will conduct additional drilling below the Red Dog intrusion where it sees the potential to significantly increase the size of the existing mineral resource at Windfall Lake.

"We are thrilled with the new results. The deep intersections, below the Red Dog and in the Caribou zone, demonstrate that Eagle Hill has more opportunities to increase the total size of the Windfall Lake gold deposit," stated Dr. Jean-Philippe Desrochers, Chief Geologist of Eagle Hill Exploration.

Kein Posting seit 10 Tagen? Sind schon alle weg?

Noront gewährt Eagle Hill weitere 3 Jahre Zeit.

Eagle Hill Completes Fall Drill Program, Releases Interim Results

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Dec. 19, 2013) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EAG)(OTCQX:EHECF)(FRANKFURT:EH0) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the Company has completed its fall 2013 drill program, which commenced in September 2013 with the objective of expanding the existing mineral resource. The drill program was completed on time and on budget, with a total of approximately 28,000 metres completed in 65 diamond drill holes. Assay results for the first 11 were reported on November 5, 2013, and this release contains the results from a further 24 holes (Table 1). Assay results from the remaining 30 holes are expected in January 2014.

The diamond drill program was focused in three areas: testing a large, sparsely drilled anomaly to the southwest of the Main Zone, drilling lateral extension of known gold lenses within the Main Zone, and testing the extension of mineralization at depth. The first 11 holes (4,821 metres) tested geophysical anomalies southwest of the tested limit of the Main Zone gold mineralization. The Company drilled three sections, stepping out 150, 300 and 500 metres along strike. Each section intersected significant gold mineralization, confirming the potential to extend the known gold resource in this direction. In December 2013 Eagle Hill drilled seven follow-up holes in this newly identified zone, with results pending.

In the Main Zone the Company drilled 47 holes (20,100 metres) with the objective of expanding the strike length of the major resource lenses (the Zone 27, Caribou, Mink and Mallard lenses). While not all results have been received, assays received to date indicate the potential to expand the Mallard Lense to the west and below the Red Dog non-mineralized intrusion, with intersections of 328 g/t gold over 0.9 m (EAG-13-484) and 24.1 g/t gold over 1.0 m (EAG-13-483), respectively. Assays also indicate that high-grade mineralization extends as much as 80 metres down-plunge of the Mink Lense, extending the Mink Lense to 400 metres below surface with 8.4 g/t gold over 4.0 m (EAG-13-496) and 11.2 g/t gold over 0.8 m (EAG-13-485).

Near the Zone 27 Lense, a shear zone was intersected in EAG-13-502 with 24.9 g/t gold over 1.1 m at a depth of 537 metres. This could represent a splay of the shear zone intersected in EAG-13-466 (12.4 m @ 288.5 g/t gold)1, located approximately 65 metres to the southwest, and may represent another high-grade gold structure.

The Company also completed a hole-to-hole induced polarization geophysics program to identify possible depth extensions of gold mineralized lenses of the Main Zone below the Red Dog non-mineralized intrusion. The results of the survey are being processed.

Eagle Hill will release the remaining assay results in January 2014, along with a detailed interpretation of how the fall 2013 drill program has advanced the Company's understanding of the Windfall Lake gold deposit. Eagle Hill will also release an updated mineral resource estimate in Q1-2014. The Company has more than 57,000 metres of new drilling to incorporate into the updated resource estimate, with 28,000 metres from the current drill program, and 106 holes totalling 29,208 metres(1) that were drilled after the 2012 resource estimate and prior to the current program.

1 Drill results have been previously disseminated by press release and are available on SEDAR and on Eagle Hill's website.

Eagle Hill Releases Updated Mineral Resource Statement for Windfall Lake Gold Project, Increases Indicated Mineral Resource by 38%
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Mar 3, 2014) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX-VENTURE:EAG)(OTCQX:EHECF) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to release an updated mineral resource statement for the Windfall Lake Gold Project, located in the Abitibi Gold Belt in Quebec, Canada. The mineral resource statement was prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK") and updates the previous resource statement prepared by SRK in July 2012. The revision is based on the results from a total database of 706 core boreholes (192,045 metres) of which 635 boreholes (179,641 metres) were used for mineral resource estimation purposes.

      Resource Statement

Compared to the July 2012 mineral resource statement, the indicated mineral resource tonnage and contained gold have increased by 43% and 38%, respectively, resulting in contained gold of 744,000 ounces grading 9.75 g/t gold. Indicated mineral resources are defined only within the Main Zone, which is informed by higher density of drilling data and better confidence in the geological continuity of the gold mineralization. The inferred mineral resource is estimated at 3,084,000 tonnes grading 7.37 g/t gold for contained gold of 731,000 ounces.

Table 1: Mineral Resource Statement, Windfall Lake Gold Project, Quebec SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc., February 28, 2014

      Resource Classification Tonnes Grade
      (g/t) Contained Gold
      (ounces)
      Indicated 2,375,000 9.75 744,000
      Inferred 3,084,000 7.37 731,000
Prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada), Inc. with an effective date of February 28, 2014.
Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is
no certainty that all or any part of the mineral resources will be converted into mineral reserves.
All figures have been rounded to reflect the relative accuracy of the estimates.
Reported at a cut-off grade of 3.0 g/t gold, assuming an underground extraction scenario, a gold price of US$1,200 per ounce and metallurgical recovery of 91.7%.
The inferred mineral resource includes 215,000 tonnes at 6.83 g/t gold for contained gold of 47,000 ounces in zones F17 and F51, located on the Murgor-Cliffs claims immediately adjacent the Main Zone of the Windfall Lake Project.
The National Instrument 43-101 technical report for this resource statement will be filed by Eagle Hill
on SEDAR at www.SEDAR.com by April 17, 2014.
      Upside Potential

The Fall 2013 drilling program confirmed continuity of gold mineralization below the Red Dog intrusion. The inferred mineral resource in Table 1 includes 455,000 tonnes at a grade of 8.21 g/t gold for 120,000 contained ounces of gold below the main Red Dog dike, confirming the continuity of the gold mineralization below that intrusion. This highlights the potential to significantly increase the mineral resource below the Red Dog intrusion. Hole-to-hole induced polarization ("IP") geophysical data confirm the continuity of the pyrite stockwork hosting the Main Zone below the Red Dog intrusion and have defined drilling targets. Deep drilling and additional IP surveys are an exploration priority.

Recent drilling also identified a late phase of gold mineralization within the Red Dog dike that was previously thought to be barren. At the current wide-spaced drilling the new gold mineralization style inside the Red Dog dike contributes only a small tonnage to the inferred mineral resource (249,000 tonnes at 4.26 g/t gold for 34,000 ounces), but highlights the potential for this intrusion to host further mineral resources.

Previously announced drilling in the area to the southwest of the Main Zone confirmed gold mineralization in this area and returned significant gold intercepts. Spacing of existing boreholes is too sparse to confirm continuity between sampling points and support mineral resource evaluation. Additional drilling in this area has the potential to add to the mineral resource of the project.

Eagle Hill is reviewing SRK's technical report for the project, which will include SRK's recommendations for advancing the property. Eagle Hill has commenced a 2,200-metre drilling program to test for extensions of Zone 27 under shallow lakes (2 to 6 metres depth) that are currently frozen. Eagle Hill plans to drill 14 holes to a depth of 120 to 250 metres to test the lateral extensions of Zone 27, where drilling has confirmed near-surface high-grade intervals such as 14.8 g/t gold over 16.0 metres (EAG-12-418). Additional drilling for 2014 will be planned once the Company has reviewed the technical report and considered SRK's recommendations. Eagle Hill will file the technical report on SEDAR at www.sedar.com by April 17, 2014.

      Mineral Resource Estimate Methodology

A database comprising 635 core boreholes (179,641 metres), which represents drilling data acquired between 2004 and 2014 by Murgor Resources Inc., Noront Resources Inc. and Eagle Hill, were used for geological modelling and mineral resource estimation. The borehole data include collar location, down-hole survey data, lithology codes and 111,648 sample intervals assayed for gold.

The mineral resource model is based on a complete re-interpretation of the geology of the project, providing a more confident interpretation of the controls on the distribution of the gold mineralization and better confidence in its continuity between the sampling points. Fifteen resource domains were defined within a broad pyrite stockwork zone forming the Main Zone. In addition, the gold mineralization contained in geological domains was also considered (pyrite stockwork and various generations of dikes). Data were extracted from within these domains for geostatistical analysis.

After review, a grade estimation strategy was defined to populate a GEMS block model with gold grade informed from capped composite data using a geostatistical block modelling approach. Appropriate validations were undertaken to ensure that the block model adequately represents the informing composite data. Block estimates were classified into indicated and inferred categories considering confidence in geological interpretation, confidence in geostatistical continuity, estimation and the density of the informing data.

Indicated mineral resources are defined only within the Main Zone, which is informed by higher density of drilling data and better confidence in the geological continuity of the gold mineralization. The mineral resources in all other zones are informed by more widely spaced drilling information or exhibit a lower confidence in geological continuity and thus are appropriately classified in the inferred category.

The mineral resource has been estimated in conformity with the CIM Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves Estimation Best Practices Guidelines and are classified according to the CIM Definition Standards for Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves (December 2010) guidelines. The mineral resource statement is reported in accordance with Canadian Securities Administrators' National Instrument 43-101.

Eagle Hill Files Windfall Lake Technical Report

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 21, 2014) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EAG)(OTCQX:EHECF) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to report that on April 17 the Company filed a National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report regarding the resource estimate for its Windfall Lake Gold Project, located in the Abitibi Gold Belt approximately 200 km northeast of Val d'Or, Quebec. The resource estimate and technical report were completed by SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc. ("SRK"). The technical report is available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.eaglehillexploration.com.

As previously announced on March 3, 2014, SRK has estimated an indicated mineral resource for the Windfall Lake Gold Project of 2,375,000 tonnes grading 9.75 g/t gold for contained gold of 744,000 ounces, with an additional inferred mineral resource estimated at 3,084,000 tonnes grading 7.37 g/t gold for contained gold of 731,000 ounces. Compared to the previous mineral resource estimate completed in July 2012, the indicated mineral resource tonnage and contained gold have increased by 43% and 38%, respectively. The indicated grade of 9.75 g/t gold makes Windfall Lake one of the highest-grade resource-stage gold projects in the world, located in one of the world's best mining jurisdictions.

The following information in this section of the press release is taken directly from the Windfall Lake technical report.

Mineral Resource Statement, Windfall Lake Gold Project, Quebec
SRK Consulting (Canada) Inc., March 3, 2014

      Resource Classification Tonnes Grade
      (g/t) Contained Gold
      (ounces)
      Indicated 2,375,000 9.75 744,000
      Inferred 3,084,000 7.37 731,000
1.Prepared by SRK Consulting (Canada), Inc. with an effective date of March 3, 2014.
2.Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is
no certainty that all or any part of the mineral resources will be converted into mineral reserves.
3.All figures have been rounded to reflect the relative accuracy of the estimates.
4.Reported at a cut-off grade of 3.0 g/t gold, assuming an underground extraction scenario, a gold price of US$1,200 per ounce and metallurgical recovery of 91.7%.

The Windfall Lake property database contains 706 core boreholes, drilled between 1986 and 2013. Of these, 635 boreholes (179,641 metres) were completed between 1996 and 2013 and were considered for geological and mineral resource modelling. In reviewing the results of the mineral resource modelling work, SRK drew the following conclusions:
      •Infill and step-out drilling, as well as re-logging archived core and structural geology investigations, particularly in the Main Zone, have vastly improved the confidence in the geological and mineralization model and the confidence in the continuity of the gold mineralization;
      •There is good potential to expand the mineral resources along strike to the southwest. The new geological model suggests that the pyrite stockwork containing the bulk of the Main Zone continues in this direction, and core boreholes from the Fall 2013 drill program intersected gold mineralization in this area;
•There is also good potential to expand the mineral resources at depth below the Red Dog dike. Drilling completed in 2013 confirms that the pyrite stockwork extends below the Red Dog dike, where the gold mineralization exhibits grade and thickness characteristics similar to that found near surface. In addition, the Fall 2013 deep hole-to-hole induced polarization survey identified two high priority targets below the Red Dog dike, near the known intercepts.

The mineral resources identified to date occupy only a small footprint within the Windfall Lake property and the gold mineralized zones are open at depth, to the northeast and southwest along the main deformation corridor identified by Eagle Hill. Exploration outside of the extents of the current modelled mineralization should be considered.

SRK recommended a work program that includes:
      •Drilling within the Main Zone targeting areas below the Red Dog dike;
      •Drilling to test the strike extension of the known gold mineralization to the southwest;
•A hole-to-hole induced polarization survey using proposed deep boreholes as survey platforms to maximize the investigation for additional gold mineralization at depth; and
•Environmental baseline, permitting, metallurgical, geotechnical, conceptual mining, and other engineering studies required to evaluate the conceptual economic viability of a mining project.

      Windfall Lake 2014 Exploration Program

Eagle Hill recently completed a 3,333-metre drilling program in the Main Zone to test for extensions of Zone 27 under shallow lakes (2 to 6 metres depth) that were frozen. Eagle Hill drilled 21 holes to a depth of 120 to 321 metres to test the lateral extensions of Zone 27, where previous drilling had confirmed near‐surface high-grade intervals such as 14.8 g/t over 16.0 metres (EAG‐12‐418). All core has been delivered to the assay laboratory, with results pending.

On April 8, 2014, the Company closed the "flow-through" portion of a non-brokered private placement announced on March 28, 2014, raising $1.0 million to be used for exploration at the Windfall Lake Gold Project. The Board of Directors and Eagle Hill's Vice President Exploration are currently finalizing plans for additional drilling in 2014.

Eagle Hill's Summer 2014 Deep Drill Program Further Highlights Depth Potential of the Windfall Lake Gold Project

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 10, 2014) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSXV: EAG) (OTCQX: EHECF) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of its Summer 2014 drilling program targeting the depth extension of gold mineralization at the Windfall Lake Gold Project. Windfall Lake is a high-grade gold deposit located between Val-d'Or and Chibougamau in Quebec, Canada.

The Windfall Lake gold deposit had been well defined from surface to a depth of approximately 500 metres by previous drilling campaigns. During its Fall 2013 drilling program, Eagle Hill drilled 11 deep holes below the Red Dog intrusion ("Red Dog"). This 4,759 metre drill program confirmed the continuity of gold mineralization below Red Dog in three sparsely drilled lenses to a depth of approximately 870 metres, delineating an inferred mineral resource of 455,000 tonnes at a grade of 8.21 g/t gold (for 120,000 contained ounces of gold at depth).

A structural re-interpretation of the deposit indicated that the gold mineralization hosted by Zone 27 and the Caribou Zone (the major resource zones in the Windfall Lake deposit) may have been displaced to the north below Red Dog. A hole-to-hole Induced polarization ("IP") anomaly identified below Red Dog further supported this interpretation (Figure 1). Eagle Hill's Summer 2014 drill program consisted of deepening five existing drill holes (Figure 2, Table 1) to test for gold mineralization in the displaced zones below Red Dog at a vertical depth of approximately 650 metres. A total of 2,039 metres of new drilling was completed.

Mineralization at the Windfall Lake deposit is closely associated with pyrite and minor chalcopyrite. The new drill holes intersected pyrite intervals up to 26 metres thick similar to gold-bearing mineralization in Zone 27 above Red Dog, and could be interpreted as the displaced down-dip extension of Zone 27 (Figure 1).

Highlight drill intercepts in the displaced lens include 9.96 g/t gold over 5.8 m, 7.96 g/t gold over 2.1 m, 8.61 g/t gold over 0.9 m, and 8.35 g/t gold over 0.3 m. While these intercepts are narrower than what has typically been encountered in Zone 27 above Red Dog, the grades are similar and Eagle Hill's technical team believes there is potential to discover wider gold-bearing intercepts with additional drilling.

Drilling to date shows that the displaced lens interpreted to be Zone 27 has a strike length of approximately 1,000 metres with a higher-grade interval measuring 400 metres vertically. This lens is currently known to a depth of 870 metres below surface, but remains open at depth and down-plunge to the ENE (Figure 2).

Another lens was intersected at a shallower depth (500 metres below surface). Drill hole EAG-12-421 intersected this lens with an interval assaying 9.71 g/t gold over 7.5 m and is interpreted as the depth extension of the Caribou Lens.

This new drilling underscores the potential to increase the size of the Windfall Lake deposit directly below the known mineral resource. The 4,759 metres from the Fall 2013 program added 120,000 inferred ounces below the Red Dog intrusion to the Windfall Lake mineral resource. Additional drilling in these newly identified lenses could likewise add additional ounces to the mineral resource. In October 2014 Eagle Hill completed additional downhole IP surveys in the five extended drill holes to further define drill targets. Results are expected within the next three weeks and will be used in conjunction with the drill results to plan additional drilling at depth, with the objective of expanding the size of the deposit.

Eagle Hill Exploration commenced a Preliminary Economic Assessment Study ("PEA") in September, with completion targeted for Q1-2015. To date the study is on schedule and budget. The scope of the PEA will focus on the mining potential and economics of the previously reported Windfall Lake Gold Project resources defined above the Red Dog intrusion (Eagle Hill news release dated April 21, 2014). The results of the Summer 2014 drilling below Red Dog will not be included in the scope of the PEA. However, these drill holes have confirmed the upside potential to expand the Windfall Lake mineral resource with additional drilling at depth

      WINDFALL LAKE GOLD PROJECT

The Windfall Lake property covers approximately 12,400 hectares in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt in Quebec, Canada. A Preliminary Economic Assessment Study for the project is underway, with results expected shortly.

The Company increased its ownership and significantly consolidated the property in 2013 and 2014 by entering into a series of purchase and option agreements, and now owns 100% of the property, subject to some residual NSRs as described in the MD&A and Financial Statements. Prior to Eagle Hill acquiring the property, more than $25 million was spent by previous owners on data collection, sampling and drilling, with the majority of expenditures focused on expanding known gold zones at the Windfall Lake Property. The acquisition came with over 71 kilometers of drill core, surface samples, geophysics data, a 58-person camp, a core logging and splitting shack, and a 1,450-metre-long, 5-metre by 5-metre underground ramp (vertical depth 100 metres). The property was logged in the 1990s and is accessible year-round by gravel logging roads.

A total of 732 holes (including six wedges and nine extensions) have been drilled at the property for a total of 194,512 metres. Drill holes in the gold zones demonstrate good grade distribution along the entire mineralized interval. High-grade mineralization has been identified in multiple zones, yet only a small portion of the 12,400 hectare property has been tested to date. The deposit is well defined from surface to a depth of 500 metres, and remains open along strike and at depth. Mineralization has been identified only 30 metres from surface in some areas and as deep as 870 metres in others, with significant potential to extend mineralization up and down-plunge and at depth. All drill results have been press released and are available on SEDAR at www.sedar.com and on the Company's website at www.eaglehillexploration.com.

Preliminary Economic Assessment with 23.6% Pre-tax IRR for the Windfall Lake Gold Project in Quebec, Canada

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 28, 2015 / Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSXV: EAG) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the results of an independent Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for its 100%-owned Windfall Lake Gold Project ("Windfall Lake" or the "Project") in Quebec, Canada. All figures are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.

Conference call and webcast to discuss PEA results
      Tuesday, April 28, 2015 • 1:30pm PST (4:30pm EST)
      Conference call: 1-877-881-1303 • Webcast: www.eaglehillexploration.com

The PEA outlines the design of a 1,200 tonne per day ("tpd") underground mine producing 106,200 ounces of payable gold annually for 7.8 years at an average total cash cost of $558/oz of gold (US$480/oz). At a base case gold price of US$1,200/oz the project has a pre-tax internal rate of return ("IRR") of 23.6% and a pre-tax net present value discounted at 5% ("NPV5") of $241.4 million. Initial project capital costs are estimated at $240.6 million. Eagle Hill intends to complete a pre-feasibility study for the Windfall Lake project by 2017. Next steps include extending the existing ramp and taking a bulk sample, drilling both from surface and underground with the objective of expanding and upgrading the quality of the resource and testing continuity of grade, and finalizing the various studies required for a pre-feasibility study.

"The results of the PEA are very encouraging, and we believe that optimization of the deposit and proposed mine construction plan could further improve project economics," said David Christie, President & CEO of Eagle Hill. "Additional drilling at surface and at depth, along with underground drilling and a bulk sample, could both expand and upgrade the resource, bringing additional value to the project."

      und zack  die PEA

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 11, 2015) - Eagle Hill Exploration Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EAG) ("Eagle Hill" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed on SEDAR the National Instrument 43-101 technical report for the Preliminary Economic Assessment ("PEA") for Eagle Hill's 100%-owned Windfall Lake Gold Project ("Windfall Lake" or the "Project") in Quebec, Canada, the results of which were originally disclosed on April 28, 2015. The report is available for download at www.SEDAR.com and on the Company's website at www.eaglehillexploration.com. All figures are quoted in Canadian dollars unless otherwise noted.

The PEA outlines the design of a 1,200 tonne per day ("tpd") underground mine producing 106,200 ounces of payable gold annually for 7.8 years at an average total cash cost of $558/oz of gold (US$480/oz). At the base case gold price of US$1,200/oz the project has a pre-tax internal rate of return ("IRR") of 23.6% and a net present value discounted at 5% ("NPV5") of $241.4 million (post-tax 17.2% and $135.2 million). At a gold price of US$1,320/oz the pre-tax IRR and NPV5 increase to 29.1% and $325.9 million, respectively (post-tax 21.1% and $183.5 million) and at a gold price of US$1,440/oz the pre-tax IRR and NPV5 increase to 34.4% and $410.5 million, respectively (post-tax 24.8% and $230.1 million). Initial project capital costs are estimated at $240.6 million. Project economics are most sensitive to the exchange rate and gold price and least sensitive to operating costs.

      PEA Highlights (1)
Total LOM production 828,000 ounces of payable gold
Average LOM annual production 106,200 ounces of payable gold
Average LOM operating cash cost C$547 per ounce (US$471)
LOM total cash cost C$558 per ounce (US$480)
LOM total cash cost plus sustaining capital C$623 per ounce (US$536)
      Mine life 7.8 years
      Throughput 1,200 tpd
Average mined grade 8.26 g/t gold
      Gold recovery 95.7%
      Pre-production capex C$240.6 million (US$206.9 million)
Sustaining capex C$53.5 million (US$46.0 million)
      Pre-tax NPV5 C$241.4 million (US$207.6 million)
Pre-tax IRR and payback 23.6%, payback in 3.4 years
      Post-tax NPV5 C$135.2 million (US$116.3 million)
Post-tax IRR and payback 17.2%, payback in 3.9 years
Base case gold price US$1,200 per ounce
      Base case exchange rate US$0.86:C$1

The PEA is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. There is no certainty the results of the PEA will be realized.

The PEA was led by TetraTech Inc.'s Canadian Mining Division (mine design, infrastructure and financial analysis), with contributions from Soutex Inc. (metallurgy and mill trade-off study), Golder & Associates Ltd. (environmental), WSP Global Inc. (tailings evaluation) and SRK Consulting (Canada), Inc. (mineral resource estimate).

      Optimization Opportunities

Eagle Hill and the PEA consultants have identified a number of opportunities to optimize the project, including the possibility of reducing operating costs by bringing hydro power to site, improving project economics by incorporating silver credits, and the potential to both expand and upgrade the resource with additional drilling. In light of the proposed combination (described below), Eagle Hill is reviewing potential exploration and technical programs for the remainder of 2015.

"Eagle Hill had intended to optimize and expand on the work done in the PEA through further exploration and commencement of a pre-feasibility study," said David Christie, President & CEO of Eagle Hill. "We are reviewing these plans in the light of the proposed combination with Oban Mining, Temex Resources, Ryan Gold and Corona Gold.

"Our support for the proposed combination was based, in part, on Oban's intention to continue advancing the Windfall Lake Project through feasibility and toward production. We believe Windfall Lake holds great potential and are confident that opportunities remain to both increase the Windfall Lake resource base and further optimize economics, bringing additional value to the project."

Proposed Combination with Oban Mining Corporation, Temex Resources Corp., Ryan Gold Corp. and Corona Gold Corp.

On June 9, 2015, the Company announced its support for a proposed transaction ("Transaction") whereby Oban Mining Corporation (TSX:OBM) ("Oban") will launch share exchange takeover bids for Eagle Hill, Temex Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TME), Ryan Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:RYG) and Corona Gold Corporation (CSNX:CRG) to create a leading Canadian focused gold exploration and development company ("New Oban"). Under the proposed Transaction, Oban has agreed to offer Eagle Hill shareholders 10.0 Oban Shares in exchange for each common share of Eagle Hill. The offer will provide Eagle Hill shareholders with a premium of 258% to the 15-day volume weighted average price of Eagle Hill on the TSX-V ending on June 8, 2015. Additionally, each shareholder of Eagle Hill will receive five common share purchase warrants of Oban (each a "Warrant") per common share of Eagle Hill. Each Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one Oban share at a price of $0.15 per Oban share, for a period of 36 months following the closing date. Oban will make an application to the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") to list the Warrants. Pursuant to the Transaction, existing Eagle Hill warrants will become exercisable into the transaction consideration.

Oban has committed to launching the takeover bids no later than July 21, 2015, with the expectation that closing of the Transaction will occur in early August 2015. Completion of the Transaction is subject to Oban obtaining shareholder and TSX approval. Shareholders of Eagle Hill representing 57% of the common shares of Eagle Hill have entered into lock-up agreements with Oban in support of the Transaction.

In addition, Oban has agreed, subject to TSX approval, to complete a private placement with Osisko Gold Royalties Ltd. ("Osisko") whereby Osisko will invest up to $20 million in common shares in the capital of Oban ("Oban Shares") at a price of $0.11 per Oban Share (the deemed net asset value per share value of Oban), provided that such investment shall not be for more than 19.9% of New Oban.

If completed, the Transaction would bring together major exploration assets in Ontario and Quebec under experienced management in a well-capitalized vehicle, with over $65 million in cash and a significant global gold resource. Dundee Corporation and Osisko will be key shareholders in New Oban, by virtue of their respective existing holdings in four of the five companies involved in the combination, and Osisko's new investment.

Successful completion of the Transaction may materially impact the details and timing of the proposed work program outlined in the "Optimization and Next Steps" section of this press release.

On Behalf of the Board of Directors

      Wow
