RE: Update on Clark County District Court Case, Webinar #43

To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:

We are still waiting on a decision from Judge Cadish with Clark County District Court with regard to a large judgment obtained by CMKM over two years ago, and the attempts by the judgment debtor to have our judgment overturned. The final court hearing was held over one month ago, on April 21, 2015. At this point, we do not know when a decision will be issued, as there is no rule or law that requires the judge to act within any specific time frame.

This judgment is an important part of the ongoing process of assembling the critical mass of capital needed for CMKM/NHHI to acquire its first oil/gas assets. All involved with CMKM/NHHI have become accustomed to the excruciating delays associated with the legal process, and we all look forward to the time when CMKM/NHHI is no longer dependent on litigation for survival.

It will be at Vegas. Some shareholders might want to attend, we will see if people will be allow at the court room.

Our ultimate victory is put value to our company, return to trading and shareholders collect some value (recover investment).

Over 50,000 shareholders and over US$ 200 million is pretty serious and one of the biggest stock fraud in America, talking about the number of people defrauded.


“Wells Fargo Settlement”

We are in subpoena to complete gathering of data, waiting recovery of huge amount of data, which will help recover more of the over US$ 131 million judgement. Good things are coming in that regard. We are at the mercy of the court, legal process is slow. I hope once and for all we get out of litigation money dependency and get into business. REAL BUSINESS, REAL REVENUE, REAL ASSETS.


“Amazon Portal”

We generated this month over US$ 150.00 revenue. At least 4% of purchase is for the company.


“Oil and Gas”

They are thousands of business ideas. Some people still talk about diamond business, which takes billions of dollars and years before you make a cent in Saskatchewan. Oil and gas is stable: US$ 60 p.p.b. We can make money at US$ 60 p.p.b. Steve still look for deals and hope we are able to buy a small oil well but if not we can leverage that with a small debt. Steve has been looking for oil wells at Kansas, Texas and Louisiana. A Texas well could be over US$500,000.00 while at Kansas and if you have your own drill, you may be drilling for a couple of thousands. The rent at Kansas is one eight while Texas charges one fourth. Oil prices may creep up at between US$65 p.p.b to US$70 p.p.b. Right now everything is cheap (oil and gas business). Also, we can buy defunct oil wells and extract left over to build a power plant with new technology. Our initial capital we will make it the most profitable possible. You may see an oil deal today and might find it there 6 months later or be gone the next day.

We are waiting on the judge. As soon as I hear from the judge I will post it on the website.
I try to answer emails but I don´t have the capability to reply every email. All we need is enough capital to get into business.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

Truth-Shall-set-you-free

Q: What´s plan B in case judge says you guys lost? Wells Fargo money is enough to start anything?
A: We do not expect to lose. Plan B could be either appeal or recover next assets. We are working one case per deal. The cheapest thing on oil and gas considered good for business are from a couple of hundreds of thousands to millions. We can´t blow whatever we have on one deal.

Q: About the guy Steve Kirkpatrick mentioned during the webinar who was working on oil and gas business making US$10,000 per month and now he makes US$25 per hour…¿?
A: This guy I met works on drilling rigs (horizontal drilling), you hit the schell formation, use water and sand to crack it. Nobody is drilling as they were, he was one of the guys they kept, most people were laid off and they have nowhere to work on the oil and gas industry. Weather is also contemplated on the drilling process, logistic must be remove during heavy rain and we can’t drill on mud.

WhiteNOC:

Q: (Grew around oil business) Problem with oil wells is the production facility. Is going to be difficult to sell your oil with no oil facility associate. ¿?
A: Oil is transported either piping or someone (regular buyer) pick up your oil. We will buy an oil well where we have an oil buyer.

Grigori Rasputin:

Q: I understand there is no law that stipulates how much time judge has to pronounce about our case. Nevertheless, how long are we going to wait before we reach court and ask about our case to be resolved?
A: Judges hate to see ruling overturn. They may delay it plus have lots of other cases to resolve. We can at least make a non-offensive phone call in the near future (couple of weeks). We will leave it up our lawyers.

They are responsible for "9/11," which is finally beginning to come to light; they are responsible for the fact that Washington, D.C. has operated our Republic as a corporation for the last 150+ years; they are responsible for hiding all of these facts from you; they are responsible for ISIS; they are responsible for attempting to ignite WWIII; and, they are directly responsible for much much more.

I have done my very, very best to keep you all apprised of the benchmarks of this long and arduous journey. In part, I felt it necessary to do so in recognition of the simple fact that you never purchased your stock with the idea that you were becoming one piece of a huge operation to free the world from centuries of financial slavery. The fact remains that such is the case. You have each played a pivotal role in freeing America, once more. Take pride and joy in such an accomplishment, and look forward to finally receiving your monetary reward with some measure of patience.
