RE: Launch of New Horizons Energy, LLC Website
To All CMKM/NHHI Shareholders:
I have launched the new website for New Horizons Energy, LLC today at the following address:

The PPM, Subscription Agreement, Operating Agreement, and Audit for New Horizons Energy, LLC will be posted on the NHE website tomorrow, November 19, 2015 for review by those who have expressed interest in investing into NHE. A portion of the funds raised by NHE will be invested into CMKM/NHHI, and CMKM/NHHI will co-invest into oil and gas prospects with NHE.
The NHE website will eventually feature streaming video from our operational wells, and will include regular production reports and updates on our operations. I have already purchased a stake in one Texas prospect on behalf of NHE, which should be producing oil within the next two or three weeks, depending on weather.
One of the main goals for NHE is to help CMKM/NHHI get a start into the oil/gas business as we continue the slow process of recovering operating capital from our legal actions and judgment collections work. At this very moment, CMKM/NHHI owns a percentage stake in the same deal that I have secured for NHE, so we are finally moving forward in a small but positive way.
Coincidentally, I was appointed as President/CEO for CMKM exactly four years ago today. I certainly had no idea at that time that rebuilding a company from the ashes of a major stock fraud would take so long or be so difficult. However, better days are ahead.

The leasehold has three existing wells, which includes one disposal well, and support equipment including storage tanks and pumping equipmentto support production and disposal operations. Envoy holds a carried 25% working interest and acts as operator on the lease.
As of October 31, 2015 and the date of this financial statement, the lease has not achieved production and in accordance with the lease, the lessors may at any time give 90 day notice of intent to terminate the lease should production not commence within the 90 day grace period. As of the date of these financial statements, neither the Company nor the operator has received the required 90 day notification from the lessors.
The Company has been notified that once the operator has finished re-work operations on
the first re-work well on the leasehold, that a capital callin the expected amount of $12,500
will be made to commence re-work operations on the second re-work well on the leasehold
should the re-work operations on the first well be successful."
