Veröffentlichung einer Stimmrechtsmitteilung, übermittelt

Im Namen und in Vollmacht der nachfolgend in Ziff. 1 genannten Gesellschaft
und in Ziff. 2 genannten Person wurde uns am 30. August 2010 gemäß §§ 21
Abs. 1, 22 Abs. 1 Satz 1 Nr. 6 und Satz 2 WpHG folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. I hereby give notice, pursuant to Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
August 26, 2010, the voting interest of Southeastern Asset Management,
Inc., Memphis/Tennessee, USA, in HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the
5% threshold and on the same day amounted to 5.19% (3,634,100 voting rights
of a total of 70,000,000 voting rights).

These 5.19% (3,634,100 voting rights of a total of 70,000,000 voting
rights) are attributed to Southeastern Asset Management, Inc. in accordance
with Sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 6 of the WpHG.

2. I hereby give notice, pursuant to. Sec. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on
August 26, 2010, the voting interest of Mr. O. Mason Hawkins, USA, in
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft exceeded the 5% threshold and on the same day
amounted to 5.19% (3,634,100 voting rights of a total of 70,000,000 voting
rights).

These 5.19% (3,634,100 voting rights of a total of 70,000,000 voting
rights) are attributed to Mr. Hawkins in accordance with Sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with Sec. 22 para 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
