S.A.G. Solarstrom AG´s bond launched in the Entry Standard for corporate
bonds of the German stock exchange
- Medium-sized segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange commenced trading
today
- S.A.G. Solarstrom AG´s bond is one of the first bonds in the new segment
Freiburg, April 11, 2011. The corporate bond (ISIN: DE000A1E84A4) of S.A.G.
Solarstrom AG, Freiburg, has been included in trading of the Entry Standard
segment for corporate bonds at Deutsche Börse AG from today. The new
segment for medium-sized business bonds was officially opened in Frankfurt
today. The S.A.G. Solarstrom AG bond issued in November 2010 has been
listed on the open market of the German stock exchange since 12/13/2010.
´We believe that the German stock exchange, with its considerable
importance in Germany and Europe, will successfully develop this new bond
segment in the same way as it did in stock trading, so that we will be able
to benefit from a higher level of interest from the investors and a greater
liquidity of the bond´, says Dr. Karl Kuhlmann, CEO of S.A.G. Solarstrom
AG.
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG´s bond, with a term up to December 14, 2015 has a
total volume of EUR25 million, offers a fixed interest rate of 6.25% and
annual interest payments. The photovoltaic specialist uses the bond as a
growth accelerator and margin lever.
The corporate group, located in Freiburg, achieved sales of EUR201 million
and an EBIT of EUR13.1 million in 2010. For 2011, S.A.G. Solarstrom AG is
planning sales of between EUR260 and EUR280 million and an EBIT of between
EUR16 and EUR18 million. The share of S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (German security
identification number: 702 100, ISIN: DE0007021008) is listed in the
General Standard of the German stock exchange. The company plans to change
to the Prime Standard by the end of this year.
