Stuttgart/Germany, July 1, 2011 - Digital Identification Solutions AG
(DISO), a leading international ID solutions provider, has won three major
new contracts in the segment of ID card personalization.
The three projects involve the supply of several hundred new
personalization systems, complete with consumables. Their total volume will
amount to a double-digit EUR figure in terms of turn-over, with close to
six million EUR to be realized in 2011 as part of the initial rollout phase
and regular supply deliveries.
The first of these contracts involves the delivery of a large number of XID
Retransfer Printers for a national ID card production project and is
further testimony to the preeminence of the well-known EDIsecure(R)
Retransfer Technology. The second contract involves a large-scale
personalization project for multi-purpose ID cards. As part of this
project, the first of its kind in the world, DISO will provide a complete
package of secure ID applications, consisting of both software
(IDExpert(R)) and hardware (EDIsecure(R) Laser Color Personalization System
LCP 9000). The third contract involves the supply of special card materials
with different encoding options for use in a corporate ID card project by a
large multinational (one of Germany´s DAX 30 companies).

Posnanski, CFO of DISO AG. ´Once again, customers have rewarded us for the
outstanding reliability and flexibility of our ID solutions as well as
their unique productivity features´, adds Posnanski.
The company will publish additional information about the three new
projects in due course.
In view of these newly-won contracts, DISO AG has raised its turnover
forecast for 2011 to 32.0 million EUR and is now looking at an EBIT target
of about 2.5 million EUR.
