Munich, 27 October 2011 - 118000 AG today announced net revenues of EUR 6.5
million for the first nine months of the current financial year
(comparative period 2010: EUR 9.7 million). Net revenues for the third
quarter amounted to EUR 1.8 million (Q3/2010: EUR 3.2 million). Earnings
before interest and taxes (EBIT) in the third quarter of 2011 were positive
at EUR 0.4 million (Q3/2010: EUR -0.9 million), primarily due to the
reversal of provisions.
After the Management Board of 118000 AG and the German Yellow Pages
publishers agreed on the sale of the GoYellow brand and the operating
activities at the end of last week, the Company´s focus now is on the data
and telephony business. Items on the agenda for the short term include data
management for large telephone companies and Internet services as well as
access to mobile phone numbers for the 118000 connection service. Costs
will be reduced further in the next quarter.
