Eurohypo AG: Notification for holders of Profit Participation Certificates
Ad-hoc notification in accordance with section 15 WpHG (German Securities

Due to an expected loss for the year 2011 at Eurohypo AG, the claims for
repayment of all Profit Participation Certificates are expected to be
reduced by a further approx. 55.3% of the nominal amount.
