Incap´s industrial premises to Angry Birds activity park

INCAP´S INDUSTRIAL PREMISES TO ANGRY BIRDS ACTIVITY PARK

Incap Corporation has today signed a contract on the lease of its industrial
premises in Vuokatti to SuperPark Oy. SuperPark will operate in the premises an
all-year in-house amusement park, which is having a great potential use thanks
to the brisk tourist industry in the area. The activity park is run under Angry
Birds brand but it also includes play arena and an area for freestyle, among
others. The actual operation of the activity park will be started after some
reconstruction of the premises in December.

Incap´s premises of about 8,700 m² were built in several stages during
1978-2001. The premises were left unused in 2010, when Incap concentrated its
electronics manufacture in Europe to Estonia. The Sotkamo municipality has
already granted a special permission allowing the premises to be used also to
other than industrial operation.
