Public Sector Employees Gather to Share Innovative Best Practices in Utilising
Digital Communications to Drive Channel Shift and Improve Public Service

Communicators and technologists from across government will convene on 21
November 2013 to exchange best practices in digital communications, new
technologies and channel shift. The free event, titled 'Reaching More People:
Transforming Public Service Delivery with Collaborative Communications,' is
hosted by GovDelivery, the leading provider of public sector cloud-based
communication solutions, and will be held at the National Audit Office in
London. The conference brings together over 100 government employees and
contractors to learn and discuss concrete steps public sector organisations can
take to meet channel shift and drive stakeholder actions to meet mission goals.

communications to meet their organisation's Digital by Default initiatives.
Several public sector communications experts will provide insightful
communications strategies and tactics to help facilitate collaboration across
