    Wels (pta018/08.11.2013/11:30) - Wels, November 8, 2013 - On October 9, 2013 Unternehmens Invest AG acquired 75% of Pongratz Trailer-Group GmbH. The transaction - which was subject to the approval of the antitrust authorities and financing banks - was closed successfully.

    Simultaneously a capital increase in the amount of a 1.5 m Eur was carried out at Pongratz Trailer-Group GmbH, whereby UIAG now holds 99% of Pongratz Trailer-Group GmbH. The remaining 1% is held by Mr. Herwig Pongratz.
