NWT Uranium Corp. Announces Postponement of Shareholders Meeting

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 11, 2014) - NWT Uranium Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NWT)(FRANKFURT:NMV) announces that its shareholders' meeting scheduled for March 11, 2014 has been postponed as the Corporation has not yet received conditional approval for its change of business from the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Corporation continues to work with the TSX Exchange Venture in order to obtain the necessary approval in order to reschedule the shareholders' meeting.
