Preliminary financial figures 2013

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following preliminary figures:

In the business year 2013, the Einhell Group generated revenues of EUR
416.3 million in comparison with the previous year of EUR 379.9 million.
Ozito Industries Pty Ltd which was acquired in 2013 generated revenues of
EUR 37.9 million.

Earnings before tax amount to EUR 4.0 million (previous year EUR 10.7
million(*)) with a pretax yield of 1.0% (previous year 2.8%(*)) including
effects of Purchase Price Allocation. Without considering effects out of
the Purchase Price Allocation earnings before tax amount to EUR 6.0
million, pretax yield amount to 1.5%. The result is about the forecast from
the last quarterly report.

The net income after minority's interest amounts to EUR 2.1 million
(previous year EUR 6.2 million(*)).

The profit per share according to DVFA is calculated to EUR 0.6 (previous
year EUR 1.6(*)).

The Einhell Group continues to show up a very solid balance sheet structure
with an equity-ratio of around 51%.

(*) According IAS 19 previous year figured were adjusted retrospective,
effect on result before tax EUR 0.5 million
