The Executive Board of Tipp24 SE reaffirms its intention to declare and pay
a one-off special interim dividend amounting to EUR 7.50 per share. The
record date for the interim dividend is expected to be 29 April 2014, the
payment and ex-dividend date is expected to be 30 April 2014.
