Mobimo Holding issues bonds of CHF 200 million

Lucerne/Küsnacht, 22 April 2014 - Mobimo Holding AG today announces the
issue of a 7-year CHF 200 million straight bond with a coupon of 1.625%.
The pro-ceeds of the bond shall be used to replace short-term debt
facilities and to finance on-going projects as well as general corporate
purposes. Zürcher Kantonalbank and Credit Suisse acted as Joint Lead
Managers of the transaction. A listing of the bonds on SIX Swiss Exchange
has been applied.
