Peter Grossenbacher to leave Mobimo

Lucerne/Kusnacht, 24 April 2014 - Peter Grossenbacher, Head of Portfolio
Management, is to leave Mobimo. The 45-year-old has been in his current
position since 2008, when he also became a member of the Executive Board of
the real estate company. Mr Grossen-bacher is seeking a new challenge after
12 successful years working at Mobimo. As of the end of May, he will be
replaced on an ad-interim basis by the company's CEO, Christoph Caviezel,
until a permanent successor is found for the position. The Board of
Directors, Ex-ecutive Board and employees would like to take this
opportunity to thank Peter Grossen-bacher for his great commitment and the
successful part he has played in the company and wish him all the best for
his personal and professional future.
