Munich, May 9, 2014 - China Specialty Glass AG (CSG) hereby announces that
the CFO Ms. Jing He has resigned from her offices due to personal reasons.
The supervisory board accepts the withdrawal, which comes into effect on
May 23, 2014. Ms He has been with CSG since March 2013.
The company's management board respects Ms He's decision and hereby wants
to thank her for her outstanding work and unfailing commitment to the
company. The management and supervisory board of CSG will appoint and
announce soonest possible a suitable successor for the position of the
chief financial officer.
