One World Holdings Files Form 10-Q on Heels of 8-A

HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwired - May 20, 2014) - One World Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: OWOO) ("One World") announced that management has completed the 10-Q after filing its Form 8-A in an effort to remain consistent with the overall growth endeavors of the Company.

"While we diligently work to remain current with our filings, it is important to us that our shareholders also remain confident with the level of increased transparency we aspire to provide," stated Joanne Melton, CEO of One World, stated. "Filing the Form 8-A not only allows us to meet the filing requirements under the 1934 Act, but more important, allows shareholders to more easily pursue due diligence efforts on the company."
