Wiesbaden, 3rd June 2014 - Starting now, users of prepaid mobile phones
will find new services and additional functions at prelado.de. It is
already possible to top up your smartphone quickly and easily on the
Internet even while you are on the road. Registration is not required.
Simply enter your mobile telephone number and operator, choose the amount
of credit you want and start calling straight away. "With prelado, we
provide a simple and cost-transparent way to make calls and we are
constantly adding new features. After the relaunch, there is now not just a
greater choice of top-up amounts for many mobile operators, you can also
get your receipt directly as a download or a hard copy", explains Reinhold

All the new features are focused on increasing usability and optimising the
order process. Of course, that includes faster support. So in future, users
will not just be able to contact Peaches AG via the fast and responsive
website, but will also be able to send a message in just a few clicks with
information about suggestions for improvement. Even faster service - that
users can control themselves. There are also plans to develop the gift
option. By now users can top up prepaid mobiles in real time for other
mobile users, "soon, you will also be able to send a greeting SMS to the
recipient along with your gift top-up", says Sigler, hinting at what is to
come. The functions on the prelado website are also available via the free
prelado app for Android, iOS and Windows Phone.
