AVT appoints Udi Bar-Sela as new Chief Financial Officer

Hod-Hasharon, Israel, June 26, 2014 - Advanced Vision Technology (AVT) Ltd.
appointed Udi Bar-Sela as its new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Bar-Sela
will replace Nadav Yassour with effect from August 15, 2014.

Udi Bar-Sela has over 15 years of financial leadership experience in both
public and private technology companies. Prior to his new position as AVT
CFO, amongst other positions, Udi Bar-Sela was CFO at Tigo Energy, Vice
President Finance at Soraa and Vice President Finance at MetaRAM.
