HYPO ALPE-ADRIA-BANK AG, former Austrian subsidiary of HYPO
ALPE-ADRIA-BANK INTERNATIONAL AG, adopted a change in corporate name
to Austrian Anadi Bank AG by means of an amendment to the articles of
association approved at the extraordinary shareholder's meeting held
on 16 June 2014. Today, Friday, the resolution on the change of name
to Austrian Anadi Bank AG was submitted to the competent commercial
court in Klagenfurt and became legally effective upon publication in
the commercial register. The change affects only the corporate name.
The address, commercial register and VAT numbers as well as BIC and
IBAN remain unchanged. The Bank, which has been owned by Anadi
Financial Holdings Pte., Ltd. since December 2013, has 433 employees
and 14 branches in Carinthia as well as branches in Vienna and
Salzburg. Anadi Financial Holdings Pte., Ltd. is owned by
British-Indian businessman Dr. Sanjeev Kanoria. In addition to the
traditional business segments private banking and corporates, as well
as "public finance", the bank see particular opportunity for growth
in the segment advisory and financing related to trade and business
relationships between companies in Europe and India.
