Dialog Semiconductor (FWB: DLG), a provider of highly integrated power
management, AC/DC, solid state lighting and Bluetooth(R) Smart wireless
technology, will announce its Second Quarter 2014 earnings on Wednesday
30th July 2014.

Dr Jalal Bagherli (CEO) and Jean-Michel Richard (CFO) will host an analyst
conference call on the day of results.
