("Custos") of the following supplement to its Notification pursuant to the
Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Articles 91 et seq., dated 14 August 2014:

Dr. Wolfgang Leitner is a co-founder of Custos Privatstiftung headquartered in
Graz. Since the establishment of this Foundation, Dr. Leitner has held rights
granting him control in the meaning of the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Article
92, subpara. 4. Dr. Wolfgang Leitner continues to hold a 99.6% stake in Cerberus
Vermögensbeteiligungsverwaltung GmbH headquartered in Graz and is its Managing
Director with independent representation rights. Custos Privatstiftung owns 0.4%
of the shares of Cerberus Vermögensverwaltung GmbH, and the latter continues to
hold 800,000 shares in ANDRITZ AG (equivalent to a 0.769% shareholding) since
the Notification pursuant to the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Articles 91 et
seq., dated 21 August 2004.
