    Tottenham Hotspur and MBNA have today announced a continuation of a long-standing 16-year collaboration, which will see MBNA remain the Club's official UK Credit Card Partner until the end of the 2018/19 season.

    MBNA's relationship with Tottenham Hotspur has been in place since November 1998 and is one of the UK credit card provider of the year's longest-standing and most successful sports credit card programmes.

    Fran Jones, Tottenham Hotspur's Head of Partner Services, said: "We are delighted to be extending our long-standing association with MBNA for a further five seasons. This is testament to the great relationship that we have built over the past 16 years."

    To mark the extension of this partnership, Tottenham Hotspur and MBNA have launched a new credit card offer where eligible[1] fans can receive a complimentary 2014/15 third shirt, released earlier this month, by successfully applying for the new credit card and spending £200 in the first 90 days of opening the account[2].

    From account opening, the new credit card deal offers zero percent p.a. for up to 24 months on balance transfers (2.99 percent handling fee, £3 min applies) and money transfers (4 percent handling fee, £3 min applies). This offer only applies to transfers made in the first 90 days plus zero percent for up to three months on card purchases.

    Representative example 18.9% p.a. variable on card purchases. This is equivalent to 18.9% APR representative variable based on a credit limit of £1200. 

    Plus, for every £1 spent on the card, Tottenham Hotspur Credit Card customers will receive one reward point[3]. The points can be redeemed for exclusive Club rewards including merchandise and visits to the world-class Training Centre to watch the first team in action.
