At a Supervisory Board meeting held this morning, the Supervisory Board of
Curanum AG passed a resolution appointing Mrs. Susanne Momberg, who has
headed the company's finance department as interim manager since April 1,
2014, to be Chief Financial Officer with effect as of September 1, 2014.
Dr. Uwe Ganzer who temporarily served as Chief Executive Officer, will
return to the Supervisory Board as of September 1, 2014 where he will
reassume the office of Chairman.
