CPI PROPERTY GROUP: Disposal of Karolkowa Business Park, Warsaw

CPI PROPERTY GROUP (formerly named GSG Group, the "Company") informs that
on 27 August 2014 it entered into an agreement concerning a disposal of its
stakes in the Karolkowa Business Park office project in Warsaw. The Company
sold its 50 % stake to a joint venture partner of this development project.
The aggregate gross transaction price is EUR 5.9 Million in cash, payable
upon closing.
