Berlin, 01 September 2014 - The Berlin-based company ESTAVIS AG will
further intensify its focus on the privatisation of apartments from its own
portfolio and on behalf of third parties. Real estate acquired by ESTAVIS
AG in the future will therefore no longer be added to the proprietary
portfolio, but be earmarked for privatisation instead. In another
development, Torsten Ceijka will end his term on the management board of
ESTAVIS AG. Going forward, Jacopo Mingazzini, who is Managing Director both
of ESTAVIS AG and of its privatisation arm ACCENTRO GmbH, will head the
company as its sole board member. The recent acquisition of ESTAVIS by
ADLER Real Estate AG has also brought changes for the company's supervisory
board. Specifically, Axel Harloff, member of the board of ADLER Real Estate
AG, Carsten Wolff, Head of Accounting and Finance at ADLER Real Estate AG,
and Dr. Dirk Hoffmann, JD, attorney at law, have been appointed as the new
members of the company's supervisory board as of 01 September 2014. All
previous members of the supervisory board ended their term on the board as
of 31 August 2014.
