At a Supervisory Board meeting held today, the Supervisory Board of Curanum
AG passed a resolution appointing Mr. Yann Coléou, who also holds the
position of chief executive officer of Korian S.A. to head the management
board of Curanum AG. The position was vacant since Dr. Uwe Ganzer who
temporarily served as Chief Executive Officer at Curanum AG, returned to
the Supervisory Board with effect from September 1, 2014 where he reassumed
the office of Chairman.
