Alphaform Supervisory Board appoints Thomas Kresser as Chief Financial
Officer

Feldkirchen, 15 September 2014 - The Supervisory Board of Alphaform AG has
today decided to appoint Mr Thomas Kresser (55) to the company's Management
Board, effective 1 October 2014. He will manage the company as Chief
Financial Officer alongside CEO Dr Hanns-Dieter Aberle. Kresser has more
than 15 years of management experience as General Manager and CFO. He is at
home both in the consumer goods and industrial customer businesses and has
extensive experience in turnaround and restructuring projects and growth
strategies. Most recently, he was Chief Financial Officer at Alstom
Deutschland AG.
