Kiel, September 26, 2014 - mybet Holding SE (Deutsche Börse Prime Standard;
ISIN DE000A0JRU67) has disposed of a further loss-making entity -
MYBET ITALIA S.R.L.

By way of a management buy-out, mybet Holding SE has sold its interest in
MYBET ITALIA S.R.L. to the company's Managing Director, Gianluca
Torricelli. The move is in line with mybet's current goal of increasing
profitability by focusing clearly on core markets. By successfully
continuing with the restructuring measures, the Management Board presses
ahead with the systematic repositioning of the mybet Group as previously
announced.

The contract for the sale of MYBET ITALIA S.R.L. became legally effective
on September 25, 2014 upon its notarial authentication.
