IMMOFINANZ Group lets more than 9,000 sqm of office space in Warsaw

IMMOFINANZ Group has signed a lease agreement with the Polish General
Inspectorate of Road Transportation for more than 7,000 sqm in the Equator
office building, which is located in Warsaw's Ochota district. This
represents the largest single office lease concluded by IMMOFINANZ Group in
Poland and is also one of the largest individual contracts of this type
signed on the Warsaw market in 2014.
In recent weeks, the company also signed three lease agreements in the IO-1
office building for a total of 2,300 sqm. The tenants are Opera Software
Poland - with more than 1,600 sqm, FHP-Vileda - with approx. 300 sqm and IT
Works - with approx. 350 sqm.
These four agreements were concluded for a period of at least five years
and correspond to an increase of the occupancy rate in the Polish office
portfolio by approx. 4.5 percentage points.
Since the beginning of the 2014/15 financial year, IMMOFINANZ Group has
leased over 16,500 sqm of office space in Warsaw. These results were made
possible, among others, by the diversified offering and the quality of the
portfolio. Moreover, these transactions reflect the efficiency of
IMMOFINANZ's asset management and confirm the company's position as one of
the largest investors (approx. 200,000 sqm of rentable space) on the Warsaw
office market.
