    Brussels, 30 September 2014 - RHJ International ("RHJI") announced on 23 September 2014 that it completed a capital increase by contribution in kind of the co-investors' shareholding in Kleinwort Benson Group. As a result of such capital increase, RHJI's share capital amounts to EUR 735,731,877 (previously EUR 506.527.130 EUR) and is entirely represented by 132,244,164 ordinary shares (previously 91,045,745) each carrying 1 voting right for a total amount of 132,244,164 voting rights (previously 91,045,745).
