Hamburg - 02 October 2014 - KWG Kommunale Wohnen AG, a long-term oriented
property holding company of residential real estate in which Austrian
conwert Immobilien Invest SE holds a 77% majority stake, announces that
Torsten P. Hoffmann will resign from his position in amicable mutual
agreement with effect of the end of October 2014.

In line with this personnel change the management board of KWG will be
adapted and reduced in size. Gabriela Zraunig, former CFO of KWG, will
continue to performe her activities as sole Management Board member.
