New Group CFO: Michael Clayden, Senior Expert in Insurance and Accounting

Michael Clayden (age: 50) was appointed as Group Finance Director of
Enterprise Holdings Limited and also takes over the position of Enterprise
Insurance Company's Managing Director. Andrew Flowers will take up the
position of Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Holdings Limited to
concentrate especially on the strategic direction of the organisation.

Michael Clayden qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2002 and has a
degree in applied accounting. He has over 30 years experience in the
insurance industry, having previously held senior positions with Lloyd's
insurance and reinsurance brokers. In 2003 Michael moved to Gibraltar and
shortly afterwards completed the Diploma in Insurance of the Chartered
Insurance Institute. Before joining Enterprise Holdings Michael was the
Managing Director of Gibraltar based company PTI Insurance, part of the
Collinson Group. In 2012 he joined Southern Rock Insurance Company as a
Non-Executive Director and was recently appointed as their Chairman.
Michael Clayden is a member of the Gibraltar Insurance Association and the
Gibraltar Society of Accountants.

Together with Andrew Flowers, CEO and Founder of Enterprise Holdings Ltd.,
Michael Clayden will hold meetings with financial analysts and
institutional investors at the Deutsche Eigenkapitalforum Conference in
Frankfurt on 25 November 2014. The conference is Europe's largest and most
important capital market event for corporate financing.
