Drillisch AG intends to acquire yourfone GmbH
Maintal, 14 November 2014 - Drillisch AG (ISIN DE 0005545503) today
concluded a non-binding Letter of Intent with the E-Plus Mobilfunk GmbH &
Co. KG regarding the acquisition of all shares of yourfone GmbH, Hamburg.
The acquisition of yourfone GmbH is intended for January 2015. The purchase
price amounts to a mid up to a high double-digit million range and is
subject to customary adjustments (cash and debt free).
The acquisition is subject to the conclusion of a final agreement and
competent bodies approval.
With the acquisition of yourfone GmbH Drillisch acquires approx. 235,000
active customers and all registered trademarks of yourfone.
