Chief Executive Officer of British Sky Broadcasting Group plc (BSkyB), as
Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sky Deutschland AG. He follows James
Murdoch, Director and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Twenty-First Century Fox,
Inc., New York, USA, who will remain a member of Sky Deutschland AG's
Supervisory Board.
