Interim Financial statements as at 30 September 2014 and forecast as at 31
December 2014

Einhell Germany AG (ISIN: DE 0005654933) which is listed under Prime
Standard of Deutsche Börse AG announces the following:

According to the key data now available for the interim accounts for the
first nine months of the financial year 2014, the Einhell Group will record
revenues of around EUR 325.4 million as at 30 September 2014. In comparison
with the previous year the revenues decreased slightly around EUR 3.3
million (previous year EUR 328.7 million).

Earnings before tax amount to EUR 6.5 million. Impacts of Purchase Price
Allocation concerning acquisition of Ozito Industries Pty Ltd are
considered in this figure. Without including effects out of Purchase Price
Allocation earnings before tax amount to EUR 9.0 million.

Business will show no upturn in fourth quarter so forecast as at 31
December 2014 will be adapted.

At the end of the year the Einhell Group expects revenues of about EUR 410
million and a pre-tax yield without considering PPA-effects of 1% to 1.5%.

Including the effects of the Purchase Price Allocation pre-tax yield will
be around 0.5% to 1%.
