Fabasoft AG (ISIN AT0000785407, WKN 922985, Prime Standard) announces
preliminary Group figures for the first half of the fiscal year 2014/2015
(1/4/2014-30/9/2014):
- Sales revenue: EUR 12.4 million (EUR 12.1 million in the first half of
the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- EBITDA: EUR 1.5 million (EUR 2.0 million in the first half of the fiscal
year 2013/2014)
- EBIT: EUR 0.8 million (EUR 1.2 million in the first half of the fiscal
year 2013/2014)
- Cash flows from operating activities: EUR 1.5 million (EUR -1.6 million
in the first half of the fiscal year 2013/2014)
- Cash and cash equivalents: EUR 12.0 million as of 30 September 2014 (EUR
11.3 million as of 30 September 2013)

Sales revenues amounted to EUR 6.4 million during the second quarter
(1/7/2014-30/9/2014) of the fiscal year 2014/2015 (EUR 6.5 million in the
same period of the previous year). The EBIT of the second quarter amounted
to EUR 0.8 million (EUR 1.0 million in the same period of the previous
year).
