On 20 November 2014, Oddo & Cie SCA notified RHJ International ("RHJI") that its shareholding in RHJI had crossed upward, on 18 November 2014, the threshold of 10% of the outstanding 132,244,164 shares and voting rights in RHJI and amounted to 18,354,460 shares representing 13.88% of the voting rights in RHJI.
