Schramberg, November 26, 2014 - Infineon Technologies AG, München and
Schweizer Electronic AG agreed today to establish a strategic partnership
in order to develop a common market for chip embedding solutions. Within
this context Infineon Technologies AG acquired a 9.4 percent stake in
Schweizer Electronic AG today.
