Early lease extension with Zurich Insurance in Frankfurt

Cologne, Frankfurt, 27 November 2014. DO Deutsche Office AG ("Deutsche
Office", Symbol: PMOX, ISIN: DE000PRME020), a leading office property
company that focuses on German metropolitan regions and conurbations,
signed an early lease extension with Zurich Insurance for its office
building in Olof-Palme-Strasse in Frankfurt am Main. Thereby, the current
lease term of the now fully let property is approximately six years.

Zurich Insurance benefits from the excellent location of the property with
a lettable space of approximately 10,400 sqm, its good access to the public
transportation network and especially the building's high visibility and
wide impact in the Merton district in Frankfurt. The tenant is further
convinced by the object's quality and its facilities equipped with an own
canteen as well as its flexible space structures, providing both for single
offices and open-office solutions. They enable the operation of the Zurich
customer center as a call center. During the last years, the building has
established itself under the name "Zurich House" as the insurance company
continued to rent additional office space and has become the only tenant in
the now fully let property.
