restructuring practice with the arrival of Verena Etzel

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP today announced that Verena Etzel will join
the firm's Business Reorganization and Restructuring Department as a
National Partner in the Frankfurt office, expectedly effective February 1,
2015. Ms. Etzel specializes in complex restructuring projects and is very
experienced in advising both debtors and creditors as well as in distressed
M&A transactions. In addition, she had previously worked in an insolvency
administration firm.

of Willkie's Frankfurt office. "We have known her for a long time from
