Unterföhring, 28 November 2014 - Sky Deutschland AG has taken knowledge
from today's announcement by Sky plc, London, United Kingdom, that on 27
November 2014 the voting rights of Sky German Holdings GmbH in Sky
Deutschland AG amounted to 90.04% (838,381,550 voting rights).

Based on this, the free float of Sky Deutschland AG falls below 10% and Sky
Deutschland expects to be removed from the MDAX listing soon.
