The supervisory board has made the decision to terminate the Board Mandate
of Kai Markus Kulas and Dieter Plassmann

Düsseldorf, 01st of December 2014 - The net mobile AG (net-m) announces
today that the board mandate of their long-term management board members
Kai Markus Kulas and Dieter Plassmann was terminated with immediate effect
by means of today's supervisory board resolution.

Both gentlemen were part of net-m since 2001 and served as management board
members of net-m und managing directors of several affiliated companies.

The chairman of the Management Board Edgar Schnorpfeil and the chairman of
the supervisory board Hiroyuki Sato would like to thank Mr Plassmann and Mr
Kulas for their commitment during the past years and wish them all the best
for their future private and business endeavours.
