S.A.G. Solarstrom AG: Supervisory Board to be reduced under the continuing
liquidation process

Freiburg i. Br., December 17, 2014. S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (under insolvency
proceedings, German security identification number: 702 100, ISIN:
DE0007021008) will reduce the Supervisory Board as part of the scheduled
liquidation of the company. Dr. Peter W. Heller, Chairman of the
Supervisory Board, and Dr. Markus Haggeney, member of the Supervisory
Board, will therefore resign their positions in agreement with the
insolvency administrator Dr. Jörg Nerlich on December 31, 2014.

As many tasks of the Supervisory Board are being performed by the
creditors' committee under the insolvency process, the Supervisory Board of
S.A.G. Solarstrom AG (under insolvency proceedings) will also be reduced as
part of the scheduled liquidation of the company. In agreement with the
insolvency administrator Dr. Jörg Nerlich, the Chairman of the Supervisory
Board Dr. Peter W. Heller and Herr Dr. Haggeney, member of the Supervisory
Board, will therefore resign their positions at the end of the year. Dr.
Carsten Müller will continue to support the insolvency and liquidation
process as the Supervisory Board.
